Overall our experience with Valley Pet Sitting was wonderful. We are an older couple, therefore the initial sign up was somewhat daunting, but for younger folks it would be undoubtedly slick. Our sitters were excellent and the daily photo updates, along with description of tasks done, was reassuring. When they refer to themselves as "full service" they do mean it. From watering plants to mail to having fun with (in our case) our cat, this being all inclusive is for a very reasonable price.

Valley Pet Sitting provided exception pet sitting services for my two cats. Jordan and Matt were professional, on time, and showed much care towards my animals. The attention to detail Valley Pet Sitting provides on their services gave me peace of mind my animals were okay when I was away. I could not recommend Valley Pet Sitting any higher!

They're very professional, and we know we can depend on them to take care of the kitties' needs while we're gone. Their website and app make it easy to schedule appointments, pay the bill, and--best of all--see the daily journal updates from the pet sitters. The sitters take lots of pictures and give you written updates which not only give you peace of mind, but are also very entertaining! They are awesome, they are punctual, reliable, and safe. They have been watching my dogs for years and I have never had a problem. Their people seem like they really enjoy the work, my dogs seem to like them and I feel safe with them in my house watching my animals.

When it comes to taking care of my various fish tanks ranging from Fresh to Salt water, Plants, and Breeder tanks, Valley Pet Sitting Inc. is the most trusted choice. They are the only ones that can handle all the various conditions and feedings my fish need, and I know it will be done as well as if I had actually taken care of them myself! They kept me updated after every visit not only taking care of all my tanks, but also watered my plants, brought my mail and packages in, and took out the trash on trash day. I got pictures as well which were wonderful so I can see my fish!!! I highly recommend Valley Pet Sitting Inc. to everyone that needs peace of mind when they travel and I plan to go again in a few weeks and will be calling them.

This is my first time ever using a Pet Sitting Company outside of friends and family and I admit, I was a bit nervous. I had a trip planned that I really wanted to go on and none of my usual options were available. I found Valley Pet Sitting Inc. and decided to give them a try after looking at their website. I filled out the contact form and they gave me a call right away to see how they could help. We went over all the information and I met with 2 sitters the same week and next thing I knew I was on my Hawaii trip having a blast. Valley Pet Sitting kept me updated after each visit letting me know all they did not only with Bella, but that they also watered plants, took out the trash, brought in the mail, and adjusted the a/c as needed when it got warmer out. The pictures alone were great and I even attached one that I kept close at hand each time I missed seeing Bella. When I got back everything was exactly as I left it and all was clean!!! I highly recommend using them so you can always count on someone being there for home rather then asking favors from friends. Can't wait to call on them when I go to Florida next month!

We have been using Valley Pet Sitting for the past 6 years and are very satisfied with their services. The pet sitters they send to take care of our kitties have always been cat lovers (which is essential!) and they follow our instructions to the T! We also find their prices very reasonable and their online portal easy to use. On a personal note, when my 16 1/2 year old cat died last year, I was too emotional to delete her as a pet from the online portal, and Sharon with Customer Service very kindly offered to do it for me. Those little touches mean a lot.
