Love this store! It has become my one-stop shop for everything my dog needs! The grooming team is absolutely fantastic, my dog always comes home looking amazing, smelling fresh, and most importantly, happy and comfortable. The groomers clearly care! I also love their self-wash stations. They’re clean, convenient, and make bath time so much easier without the mess at home. Everything you need is provided, and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. Their retail selection is one of the best I’ve found. They carry high-quality foods, treats, toys, and supplies, and the team is knowledgeable about the products they recommend. I never feel pressured, just genuinely supported in making the best choices for my dog. The store is always welcoming, clean, and staffed by people who truly love pets. The technician was excellent and very fast. Abby is a shy dog but took to her right away! I just did the nail trim as a test to see if Abby could handle it. I’ll be booking her for a full grooming session soon! Loved it!

They were so welcoming to my foster dog! He is afraid of strangers but they did an incredible job making him feel safe while trimming & filing his nails. I felt confident and comfortable trusting in their providers to ensure he had a good experience, as this is a new thing for him. I really recommend this place to anyone who loves their babies and wants the best service. My dog has a severe anxiety and she’s so shy and yet she loved Emma. Emma made her look so pretty I’m getting compliments everywhere I go with her. Thank you. I will be coming back for sure

This was Fiadh first full groom and they took very good care of her. Giving her breaks to make sure she was able calm down and have a good experience. Her cut turned out so cute! ☺️ I was not prepared for the different dog I was going to get! lol Also, the staff was very helpful and gave me some good tips for continuing care for her coat.

First visit. Vibe felt off when I got there and I was a bit reluctant as I left my dog. No staff at the front desk and the Staff in the grooming area just stared at me while continuing to talk on the phone for a good 3-4 minutes. Not long, I know but just weird that there didn’t appear to be anyone willing to come speak with a customer. Someone eventually came out to check us in. Never introduced themselves. Not sure I had high hopes but the grooming was good and my dog seemed happy.

I rescued my puppy Nico about a month ago he was VERY scruffy. This was Nico’s first time getting groomed. Alex was AMAZING and gentle with Nico as he is a little skittish. He looks so handsome 💙 Thank you Alex!
