Do yourself a favor and take your pets elsewhere! Overbooked, unprofessional staff. I was asked to bring my dogs in earlier due to availability. I specifically explained to the groomer that I was unable to leave at that exact moment, however, would send my son to drop the dogs off. My son drove 30 minutes just to arrive and be refused service due to not having an ID. Spoke with the manager who admitted that they were extremely overbooked and could not wait an additional 5 minutes for my sister to come from 2 miles away. Too much of a headache to receive sub-par service.
We have been bringing our wire hair fox terriers here for about two years. They got breed cuts and looked pretty good. The last cuts were horrible. They definitely weren’t breed cuts except for their muzzles, but our Bessie’s was not fully done. We are looking for a new groomer. 😞😞
Bought Higgins Sunburst food for my Cockateil and my Sun Consure...Had it in stock...Hard to fond sometimes...but they had the number of bags I buy..

Donna did a fantastic job despite being the only groomer there at the time. I will be bringing my dog back to her for sure
