Excellent service! Thanks to Sam who reassured me of Grizz’s care and explained the grooming services, including a flea bath, nails, ears. Grizz is our foster dog who we recently adopted. He is five. Grooming is new for us (but not for him) as we had two beagles for over thirteen years. Sadly we lost them. So it’s a new chapter with a mini-schnauzer and care. First picture is after and the other picture in the car is on the way. Such a difference! Love the place inside, so welcoming and fun. Definitely catering to dog lovers. Southern Paws was recommended by our vet, Legacy Vet in Brooksville. Highly recommend!

I brought my Persian cat here for grooming several times. The first few grooming sessions were fantastic and truly the best he's ever experienced. However, during the last visit, they unfortunately cut the tip of his ear. What really upset me was that they didn’t inform me when I picked him up; I only discovered it after I got home. While I understand that accidents can happen, not letting me know felt inappropriate. I should note that I hadn’t groomed him for about five months over the winter, so he was quite matted and less cooperative than usual. Nevertheless, I still believe I should have been informed about the injury to his ear when I picked him up.

These ladies were outstanding with my pets. They treated them as though they are their pets. They groomed my 14 1/2 year-old cocker spaniel beautifully and were very considerate of her age and bumpy, lumpy skin and ears. They also groomed my 75 pound Australian Shepherd. He came from the winter to here. I did have to wait two days to have the Grooming done. But the dog is so much more comfortable and looks amazing.

I came here two separate times, with my mom's dog, and also mine. I dealt with Kat, Samantha, and Jamie. When I tell you these ladies are amazing, that's an understatement! The care they took with my dogs makes me want to go to them ONLY, from now on. They're fairly priced and took such care and consideration for my dogs and I. My own dog is usually nervous getting her nails done, and I like to hold her in my lap since I calm her personally. My dog is mid-sized (45lbs). Not only did they give me the choice of either going to a table for the nail trim with me being next to my dog, or letting them cut her nails as she sits in my lap, they also talked to her so sweet while I was keeping her calm. Even offered me a face mask for the trimming dust. They were so quick with the nails and LISTENED to my input for the nail trim as it was happening, I'm picky with my fur baby! My mom's dog was a little nervous as well but they took care of it with ease. If I could give them more stars, I would! Highly recommend and so ecstatic I found them! Well done ladies, you definitely earned a regular customer for sure. I'm truly looking forward to them being my new regular dog groomer, without a doubt. Such compassion 💯💙
