Krysta is an excellent dog groomer who consistently provides outstanding service. She always takes the time to ask what I’m looking for and what I think my dog’s grooming needs are. She listens carefully and offers thoughtful suggestions that not only improve the grooming results but also support my dog’s overall health. I really appreciate her attention to detail and genuine care.

Krysta does a great job with my boy Cal's nails. He is a very nervous dog and she has always made an effort to make him feel comfortable and try different things to make nail trimming easier on him. When he first met Krysta he wouldn't take a treat from her (he is the same way at the vet). But now after getting to know her for about 6 months, he will gladly accept treats from her. She has a gentle demeanor which is really great for Cal.

We highly recommend Krysta to be your dog groomer, especially for doodle owners! Our standard goldendoodle requires a lot of coat maintenance and precision grooming, and Krysta consistently does an exceptional job. Our dog’s coat is always beautifully blended, soft, clean, and exactly the length and style we request. It’s clear Krysta is very experienced with doodle coats and understands the extra care and technique required! Beyond the quality of the grooming itself, Krysta’s communication and attention to detail is outstanding. Our dog is always comfortable and happy after her appointments, which says so much about the care she receives here. We’re incredibly grateful to have found a groomer we trust completely with our dog!

My Samoyed groomer left grooming business as she was pregnant with twins. I searched for a new groomer. Went to a few but wasn't 100% satisfied. Call the spa and chatted with Krysta for information. After a few weeks, I made an appointment for my two Samoyeds, 11 and 2 years old. I explained each of them to Krysta as new to her, and she new to them. Seemed all went well, and the girls looked and smelled great when I picked them up. Not easy making changes, but Krysta did great with the girls, and I hope the girls were good to her. Not an easy job, as I sat with my first pup in 2002 at groomer to see the process. Oh goodness, lots of work. Much appreciate you Krysta! Thank you for taking the time with my Samoyeds... new relationship for you all.

Krysta was phenomenal. Very easy to discuss what exactly is wanted. She nailed it with Ollie, catering to his odd mix of breeds and even asking colleague for input. 10/10 would recommend and fair price. Will be back 👍🏻

Our large dog is usually very scared to be handled and enter salon. The spacious environment was less intimidating and Krysta was easily able to get our beast into the huge walk-tub. He has a great time! Looked and smelled 1000x better. So glad We found this place!!

Krysta is amazing! She always makes my little boy look so handsome and also sends such cute pics!! Highly recommend!
