Camp Bow Wow South Asheville

Camp Bow Wow AVL is the BEST!!! My husband and I are only living here for a few months for part of my residency, and I will truly be sad when we leave. We have two dogs and they absolutely LOVE going to daycare. We have also boarded them multiple times and they have been so well cared for. Brittany is an awesome manager; you can tell she values the health and happiness of all the campers. We are so thankful we had this team to help support us during our time here! They feel like family because they love our dogs so well.

My dog loves day care and I've boarded him several times. The staff are so friendly and Baleu enjoys their kindness! Brittany did a wonderful job grooming him today!

We had a wonderful experience at Camp Bow Wow. We went on a vacation for a week and simply couldn't take our 2 Goldens. We dropped them off the day before we left and picked them up the day We got back (I couldn't wait the extra day to get them as I had originally planned). We were able to view them from the cameras during the day and frequently saw the staff giving them (and all the other doggies) lots of pets and love. I felt confident that they were being cared for, which eased my mind about boarding them because we've never boarded before. The staff were awesome and really seemed to care.

First time using their services and I would recommend 100% to anyone looking for a local spot to board your pup. They kept my dog Ivy for three days and two nights and judging from the adorable pictures they emailed me daily she had a great time. Staff are very helpful and everyone seems to just really like dogs. I had no intention prior to this experience of using their day camp services regularly but after seeing how tired Ivy was when I got her home I think that I am going to bring her by once a week.

I was so worried about my Fur Baby being boarded (she had never been before) but Camp BowWow certainly knew what they were doing and made me feel at ease. I was able to watchher on their closed captioning TV and it looked like she was having a great time. When she didn't want to eat, they called me immediately and their suggestions seemed to work well. I would have no qualms about leaving her there in the future.

I had some concerns regarding my dog that I shared with the manager, as my dog had special requirements and I wanted to make sure they could accommodate and honor those wishes. This was more directly in regards to their boarding, but also their day camp as well. I spoke with the manager Avery directly and she was very understanding and supportive. My dog had to stay an entire week while I was out of town and I was just a nervous mom about it, since it was her first time ever being boarded for that long at a place she didn't know. Camp Bow Wow staff and management were amazing! They messaged me daily with how she was doing and sent pictures of activities she was doing and since I had my dog in the suite, I could watch her on camera when I wanted to. Which brought me great comfort! I am really happy with the customer service and my dog seemed happy when I picked her up! Thanks so much to Avery and the staff for taking care of my baby girl, Freya! I appreciate everything you did for her and also for me!

I have been taking my dog to daycare here twice a week for over a year now, and I love how smoothly Brandon and Kayla run the front/back. Annie always makes me smile when I pick him up. I love the convenience of him getting bathed here too, especially in winter so his heavy coat gets a nice blowout. The Santa pic was a fun bonus today!
