The team at Grove Bark Inn are incredibly kind and thoughtful. We had to say goodbye to our sweet pup this past weekend and they went out of their way to help make our final hours with him special. We’ll be forever grateful for the love and kindness shown by their team. ❤️🐕

Grove Bark Inn and Zoom to Groom make every effort to provide exceptional services. I would highly recommend as we have been extremely satisfied with how they treat our 15 year old as well as our 9 month old mini schnauzers.

We love Grove Bark inn. They take great care of our babies and are kind to crazy dog parents like us. It’s stressful being away from your babies. GBI is very responsive and communicative if there are any issues while we are away. We have two dogs on daily meds and they make sure it’s done. They also have cameras so we don’t feel so far away.

I was very afraid to board and groom my 6 month old puppy, but Grove Bark Inn was friendly and very professional which made my decision easy on where to send him for a couple of days!! My pup had so much fun and received top notch care while he was there. The staff answered every phone call, email, and question I could think of in a timely and very respectful manner. Very reasonable cost. I live in Birmingham, but will take him to Auburn just to get him boarded here next time!!

I've used Grove Bark Inn for boarding my 2 year old lab Boone and was thrilled with the service here. The facility in clean and the rooms are large and comfortable. He enjoyed the day camp and had a great time during his stay! I love that they have the 24 hour webcams so that you can keep up with what your dog is up to! Would recommend this place to anyone I know!

We are so grateful for how accommodating Grove Bark Inn was for our dog over the weekend. He was showing abnormal behaviors while out of his element and away from home and they went out of their way to ensure he was comfortable and that we were well informed as to how he was doing. I am so pleased with this experience and value the patience they showed towards our fur baby.

So disappointed 😞! New to town, I have taken my dogs three times to be groomed. The first time was OK. The staff were very nice and I was comfortable leaving them. The second time one of my dogs was scalped around the face and neck. Razor burn was awful. I spent two days rubbing with coconut oil. Also, a growth on the shoulder was cut and still hasn't healed completely. Before I scheduled a 3rd I went in and shared pictures of the last time. I was matter of fact and calm but wanted my concerns voiced. I was told that the pictures would be shared with management, i never heard another word. They scheduled them with someone new at a special time. This week their scheduled grooming arrived. I dropped them off with high hopes. Four hours, then five and six hours went by and I heard nothing (by this time I had called three times and was not able to get someone on the phone) I decided to go there. I went in and asked and yes, they had been ready for several hours. I was very angry but again remained calm. The young lady at the desk was very nice and understanding. She asked if I would like to speak to the manager. I told her yes, very much. I but my dogs in the car and went back in to wait. The manager never appeared. I waited at least 15 minutes. The young lady wrote down my name and number and told me she would have the manager call me the next day. It has been 3 days and I haven't heard anything. I don't feel comfortable leaving my dogs there. They were kept too long, told me they had sent a text and they had not (confirmed by desk attendant), I was unable to get in touch with them at all and the manager appears not to care enough to call me and discuss my issues with me. I found this unacceptable for a business I pay dearly for my dogs to be given top notch treatment!
