We have been using the PPR for 9 years and have had nothing but excellent experiences. Not only does the staff provide great care overall, they truly know the fur babies we trust them to care for and personalize accordingly. I never doubt even for a minute that our pup is in good hands. The PPR is family to us! ❤️

Everyone at the Pampered Pet Resort is so kind! They treated my pup as if he was their own pet. Every morning when I would drop him off for daycare he would run towards the back tail wagging and ready for a fun day of play. The entire team is always so nice and makes sure to tell you how your pups day was at pick up. I recommend the Pampered Pet to anyone looking to board their fur baby or looking for a good, safe daycare option. They are careful to make sure and pair dogs together based on size and behavior. Thank you Stephanie and the team for taking such good care of my Graham! If I am ever living in the Birmingham area again we will for sure be back.

We consider Pampered Pet Resort to be our pets’ 2nd home. We have been customers for longer than I can remember - at least 10 years. Our dog LOVES being boarded here - she is easily frightened by new people and places but never here! Our cat used to resist getting in his carrier but now walks right in, knowing where he is headed. The few times they have gotten sick, we have been reimbursed for vet costs - quickly and agreeably. We appreciate this small business and feel so fortunate that we found them!

My doggo gets great care every time we go out of town. Make sure your pet's records are up to date! Prices are reasoable.

THE BEST! I have a 17 year old tea-cup yorkie. Who is deaf and blind. We were headed to Italy for my daughters wedding for 2 weeks and I needed a special place to take care of my baby TOBY. Pampered Pets was the best. There is a reason that PAMPERED is in their name. They earned it! Thank you for taking care of my baby!

Pampered Pet Resort is THE best place for the care of our dogs! No one has ever done it better! Our dogs actually get excited when we pull up in the parking lot! The staff is super friendly and really care for all the "guests" like they were their own! This is the best place I have ever found for boarding our dogs- both short and long time!

Pampered Pet is amazing, we've taken our cats there for years. They go above and beyond to stay in touch with families and provide vet services if needed. We haven't bothered going anywhere else since we found them !
