The Pawms Pet Resort Downtown

best place ever!! my best friend has been going here for a little over a year and a half, and it’s been the best decision ever. he’s not the most affectionate dog, but every time i drop him off he practically runs to the staff, tail wagging. on top of that they are understanding, incredibly helpful and communicative. i don’t trust my little man with just anybody, he truly is the light of my life, and ill be sending him to pawms downtown for as long as im in bham!

My dog Kenn stayed at The Pawms Pet Resort Downtown and had the best experience! He was in the Luxury Suite (shown in the video), and it was clean, spacious, and peaceful. I love that with the luxury rooms, it’s quiet no constant barking which really helped with his anxiety. I added on one-on-one playtime for $15/day and a bath before pickup, and I could tell he enjoyed every bit of it. My total came to $365 for five nights, which I think was a great value for the quality of care and peace of mind while traveling. Since being home, he’s been calm, happy, and super relaxed a clear sign that he was well cared for. The staff were kind, professional, and made sure his stay went smoothly. I’ll definitely be bringing him back, and next time I’m excited to try the daycare program too! 🐾💖

We’ve used the Pawms for years for everything!! They are so attentive to our dog, her temperament, her behaviors, her needs. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Just this past weekend, they noticed a little limp in our dogs walk when we dropped her off, and they immediately texted me to make sure everything was ok. Then they kept me updated! I’m so thankful for how much love, care, and attention they give my baby! The daycare, baths, boarding, and care are always 10/10. Bonus: they upload pics of her every day! It’s so amazing to be able to tune in and watch her having a great time.

My search is over! I've been looking for a great doggy daycare for my Mom's dog, Peppy, for a while. Pawms is a lovely place. Minutes from home and there to accommodate our needs. Highly recommend!

We boarded our dog, Greta, at The Pawms Pet Resort Downtown for the first time, and she had an awesome experience! The staff took amazing care of her, and it was clear she was happy and comfortable the whole time. She even got a bath before we picked her up and came home looking and smelling great. We’ll definitely be back!

Pawms Downtown was great! They took such amazing care of my dog and cat over Christmas, a very busy time. My dog is deaf and slow to warm up but I could see in the videos of her playing that she trusted and loved the staff!
