Unleashed Grooming, Boarding & Dog Daycare

I have used them for boarding as well as grooming and have had great experiences with both. I boarded my two dogs for a week and loved that they have cameras in the play areas so I could keep an eye on them during the day. It was my first time using boarding and it definitely helped put my mind at ease. I really appreciated that they were able to groom my golden retriever as well so when I got home I got to pick up a clean, soft pup! I also liked that they let my two dogs share one "room" which not only made them feel safer being together, but saved me some money. Overall the cost for boarding was very reasonable. I just brought my newly adopted 125lb Newfoundland in for a groom and they did such an incredible job, in a timely manner. It was $175 which is a good price for such a big, furry dog. Overall I have been very happy with their services!

We dropped off our dogs for boarding on Wednesday and when I walked in it was immediate chaos. It smelled terrible and my heart sank! I didn’t want to leave them, but I had no choice as our family had a vacation planned. I had my golden doodle puppy groomed while she was there (first groom ever) and when I picked her up she looked terrible. She looked like an old lady who had just gotten a blow out and had frizz everywhere! Her sweet curls were gone! Her face looked like the scissors wasn’t sharp enough! There belongings that we sent were covered in pee when we got them back! The only reason I give them a 2 is because they did have camera I could watch while we were away! I will not be bringing my dogs back here!

Teaa was absolutely amazing. I went to another groomer previously and had a horrible experience. I could not have asked for a better groomer and his haircut turned out absolutely incredible! HIGHLY recommend Teaa or Jazmine!!

My lil doggie is hard to groom and Jazzy does a good job with him. Prices are reasonable and I get a small break while he' s getting bathed and groomed.

Disappointed and won’t be returning to unleashed grooming. I brought my puppy here under the impression he would be kept separate from larger dogs, as promised. Instead, he was placed with 4 to 5 dogs well over 80 to 100 pounds, along with a few smaller dogs. When I asked about it, I was told the large dogs were the owner’s dogs, as if that somehow makes it okay. My puppy spent 8 hours huddled in a corner, too scared to move. When I picked him up, he didn’t even walk over to me he was clearly overwhelmed and intimidated. To make matters worse, he immediately drank two full bowls of water when we got home, which tells me he wasn’t given any during the entire day. If the front area is supposed to be for puppies, that’s what should be followed consistently and responsibly. Mixing large, dominant dogs with young, nervous puppies isn’t safe or acceptable. I won’t be bringing him back. I see the owner likes to respond to these types of reviews as if it’s the first time it’s been addressed, however I advice anyone reading this comment to filter the reviews, this has been a complaint among many people!

The employees are sweethearts, and young girls who genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. HOWEVER! My pup has been having liquid diarrhea for about a month, I’ve asked them to keep a closer eye on her because it was starting to worry me. After multiple vet visits we found out she had a parasite that made her extremely ill. I called them and told her my pup had this, and the lady on the phone said that this goes around often and it’s not something they worry about. I have tried to be understanding in these situations but it gets to a point, after my dog homes home COVERED in dog poop and pee, and super thirsty this was the end of it for me. They knew this was a possibility and never said anything to me, I am extremely upset and worried. My puppy is only 9 months and has been through so much with this! I feel as though the employees have their hands full and they can only do so much, I feel like communication would’ve went a long way. I will never be taking my dog here again.

My baby Sully LOVES going to daycare at Unleashed! He can't get out of the car and in to see his furry friends fast enough. All the staff are so kind to him and I. I have no worries about Sully receiving the best care when he is there. And he is so tuckered out from playing all day when I come and pick him up. I love being able to watch him on the cameras from my phone during the day. I recommend Unleashed to all of my friends and family!
