I just want to say my reservations were a breeze and when I needed to make adjustments to my reservations was easy. The communication is top notch and I’ve never had my girls get baths until it was suggested and let me tell you, I literally had to do a double take when my girls were brought out for pickup. The looked so clean and Storm is my all white dog and she looked bright and I made a decision at that very moment. I will be bringing them here for grooming from now on. My prior groomer was not making my girls look that good. I’m so satisfied with cost as well for airline employees this is definitely affordable for long stays. Thank you Pet Paradise you never disappoint.

My baby loves Pet Paradise! My family and I have been coming to this location for four years now. The new Resort manager Dj is absolutely amazing!! Every time I walk in the building, he’s always smiling and ready to greet me and my baby. His demeanor and his positive attitude makes me trust him with my loved one. I recommend Pet Paradise Atlanta to any new pet owners who is looking for daycare or somewhere for your dog to socialize. Dj and the front of house staff will take care of you

The staff loved on my pet. However the facility stinks!!!!! It smells so baddd!! The smell of urine hits you in the parking lot! I almost passed out when I got inside!!!!!!My dog was there for 4 days. He smelled like urine when I picked him up. His white paws were yellow and he was wet and sticky….ugh!!!! I gave him a bath as soon as I got home! Please clean the facility!!!! Use tons and gallons of bleach and disinfectant!!!!

My dogs felt at home here and seemed very comfortable with the humans and other dogs at the facility. Staff were kind and handled my feeding and meds requests well, and even provided extra blankets for my elderly doxiepoo, who gets chilled easily. I especially appreciate the cameras, so I can check in and get a little hit of doggie dopamine while I’m away. Having on-site vet facilities is also reassuring when you have senior and/or brachycephalic dogs! I’m a repeat customer, and plan to continue using this service for my future travels.

I’ve been bringing both of my dogs here since 2023 and have always had great experiences with the staff. Special shout out to Kam for being so helpful with planning my dogs’ next grooming appointments. Highly recommend the is location for anyone in the South Fulton area.

Coco loves it here. Staff is friendly and love Coco back. However, recently I picked my dog up from day camp and they brought out a different dog that looks similar to my dog. My dog is a girl and the other dog they thought was my dog was a boy. It set my heart to beat fast because I thought my dog was given to someone else. Needless to say I was able to get my dog. I’ll just say STAFF please more careful and mindful when you’re putting our fur babies in their correct crates. We pay for safety and protection.

I just wanted to reach out to you to let you know that I’m still waiting on the pet paradise review forms that way I can leave a review. However, in the meantime, I would like to tell you about my experience since you came into pet paradise to rectify the situation. I was having with the feeding of Oliver Twist. I just wanna let you know that since that day, everything has been working out well with them actually documenting when they feed him and that really helps. But I also wanna highlight a few of the people that work there that have done an amazing job since Oliver‘s been there as as well as when my previous Dog beans who passed away last year. So starting with last night, the person DJ was a really big help for me last night because being a flight attendant sometimes we end up having issues with coming in late and they got to the point where we had so many delays that I was late picking him up and he stayed until I got there to pick up Oliver. I really appreciate it because ever since my dog beans passed away last year, I’ve had high anxiety and haven’t been able to sleep so when I got Oliver, it really helped because now I’m sleeping at least a couple more hours a day prior to. Also coming with that I wanna highlight Rita, Drea and kam who always seems to be there as much as I work and has also helped with making sure that I’m never not being able to pick up Oliver and I want to say Shayla. I hope I didn’t miss anybody but to me they have made it to where I feel like they treat me like family and they have also become a part of all of her family treating him really well making sure that nothing goes wrong and also make sure that they tell me if anything is wrong with Oliver. A lot of places don’t do that. I hope that this reaches you and I hope that you let them know how appreciative I am and how much they are appreciated. They work so hard and I hope that they are recognized for everything that they do. It takes a special person to take care of the animals that we call family. Have a blessed day
