10/10 my Rottweiler LOVES THIS PLACE!! 😍❤️ they were very communicative , helpful and loving to my baby. We took advantage of the sun fun package & I got plenty of pictures of juicy. She will definitely be back tomorrow!! IG:Juicytherottweiler

I have been taking Max to Wag since he was 2 years old. He’s 6 and I can’t imagine finding someplace else. I have never had a complaint. I use to live in the area. About 2 yrs ago I moved to Dekalb County. It’s a 30-45 minute drive and I happily drive it because the Wag team makes me feel like I’m dropping him at his home away from home. The team is absolutely amazing! Max and I love them. I leave worry free! The activities for the fur babies are amazing and there is no lack of love at Wag. The only thing in my wish list for Wag is a groomer. The team gives full baths and I am appreciative. We have no plans on leaving! #TEAMWAG! Submitted with appreciation and love, Prisca Lawson

My dog, Milo loved it here. Was sad for a couple of days once he got home. Lots of playtime, they wrtr super responsive when I texted to find out how he was doing, and they gave him the best bath and blowout before I picked him up. Would definitely recommend and use them again! You can also see your pup daily on the Facebook group photos 10/10!

If I could give zero stars I would! I took my 3 yr old and 5 mo old Frenchies there for the first time in May. They were boarded for 3 nights and 4 days (over $500). 2 days after picking them up they were both coughing, hacking and had runny noses. We took my 3yr old to the Vet and they immediately hospitalized him for pneumonia and told us to bring the puppy in ASAP. After blood work and $2500 worth of medications, shots and hospital bills they said they both also had coronavirus. We had to quarantine them from other dogs and give them 4 different medications for 4 weeks. We’re finally finishing the last of the meds. It broke my heart to see them so sick and sad. I called and informed the facility and they told me they were sorry to hear about that but no other dogs were sick. I called again and spoke to Cheyenne (office manager) telling her about how upset I was about our experience and the expenses I incurred after their visit to their facility. She told me "yeah, sometimes that happens when they’re socialized with other dogs". Excuse me but my dogs socialize with other dogs regularly and have NEVER gotten sick!! There was No mention of a refund of any kind. Just "sorry that happened". By far the WORST customer service!! Needless to say, they will NEVER be going back and I’ll be contacting their senior management office.

You pay for boarding for a room for your dog there’s a 90% chance your dog won’t stay in the spot you reserved. I walked in and seen mold inside dog food bowls . No guarantee you’ll get the full vaccines they hire unqualified and unexperienced people to do this that also don’t know how to properly hold your animal down. The turnover rate is beyond ridiculous.

Ru and Teddy had a great weekend stay at Wag! We added the back to school photo shoot and can’t believe how adorable the pictures turned out. They post the play group photos on Facebook daily and they looked to be having a great time socializing with the other dogs.

First visit for my Shih Tzu pups. Staff was pleasant during drop-off. Received updates along with photos. As you can see from the 2nd photo, they can home zonked 😴.
