Kim in grooming is AMAZING. My boy had some matting and she didnt want to cut any and took the time to brush it all out. He feels like a cloud now! He was very comfortable with her and she made the experience very calming for him. I absolutely recommend her for shy dogs and long hair dogs!

I can’t say enough good things about this kennel! My dog is not always the easiest to handle, but the staff here takes such wonderful care of her every single time. The facility is spotless, and everyone is genuinely friendly and attentive. What makes it even better is how much my dog loves going there — she gets excited every time we pull up! Knowing she’s happy, safe, and well cared for gives me complete peace of mind whenever I have to travel or be out of town. It’s such a relief to have a place I can truly trust. Highly recommend them to any pet parent looking for excellent boarding. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

I’ve used this resort many times and I’m never disappointed. I call regularly and check on my GoldenDoodle and they are always so pleasant and reassuring. They are flexible and very easy to deal with it. I trust the staff with my animal. Thank you so much for loving these pets like we do!!!! And for keeping them safe!

I would not trust anyone else with my fur and feather babies. Carolina Pet Resort does an excellent job of taking care of my babies. Our dogs and bird have stayed with them numerous times. They are kind, caring, and all around wonderful! They went above and beyond with my little diva who is a picky eater.

Im so glad I found this place! I boarded my 3 cats and dog, while I went on a week vacation. I was worried about my older cat because she wasn't too happy while in her condo. She kept hissing and not allowing anyone to touch her. Jenn had alot of patience with her and worked with her to get her out of her shell. I really appreciate the time they took to make my animals feel at home. If I could rate them 10 stars I would. Thank you so much!!!

My fur babies always seem so excited to visit here. They are very well taken care of and spoiled by the staff! It's nice trusting and knowing my pups are in good hands, while we are away. The staff also doesn't discriminate or hold bias to particular breeds of dogs.
