PetSmart Doggie Day Camp

Absolutely horrible Customer service I'm walking up to go in they lock the doors while people are still inside. All I needed was a quick exchange. They didn't even acknowledge that I was there. Until a groomer was leaving. The manager was also rude when helping me when I was was checking out like I'm a bother to them. Horrible Horrible experience. I'll go to Petco from now on........

Petsmarts day camp is great! We bring our puppy here when our senior dog needs a break. The puppy gets tired out and has the best time. Petsmart staff are wonderful and they do a great job caring for our dogs whether it is day camp or longer stays. They have package deals that are awesome and their themed photos are so good! They send the photos by text and it always gives us a chuckle to see our dogs dressed up and having fun. They also have web cams so you can check in on your dogs any time. I have never had anything but a wonderful experience and my dogs have always been well cared for by wonderful staff.
