Hounds Lounge Pet Resort and Spa - Fayetteville

After spending an additional $400 at the vet, I will not be returning to Hounds Lounge. I recently boarded my dog there for a week during a vacation. While I was gone, no issues or concerns were communicated to me at all. When I picked him up, I was again not notified that anything was wrong. However, as soon as we got home, it was obvious my dog's eyes were red with green discharge, and I took him to urgent care the next day. He was diagnosed with conjunctivitis, and had lost a significant amount of weight. Right after I left the vet, I missed a call from the manager, David, about the invoice. Within minutes, David called my emergency contact trying to get the invoice paid. This felt completely unnecessary given that I returned the call within 20 minutes and have been a reliable customer for years with no payment issues. When I spoke with him, I asked whether anyone had noticed the issue with my dog’s eyes. He said it "sounded like allergies" and attempted to downplay the problem, even after I explained that a vet had already diagnosed an infection. He said he would check with staff and follow up, but never did. At no point was there any accountability or proactive communication about my dog’s health. Instead, the only urgency shown was regarding payment. Between the lack of care, lack of communication, and the additional vet expense, I will not be returning.

Amazing Staff!! Excellent Grooming service!! My sweet boy ,Buddy loves going to the Groomer finally!! Im sooo glad I made the switch to Hounds Lounge!! Highly recommend, best Groomer service in NWA!

Our pup loves this place. She is so excited to go in the morning. We pick her up and she is so tired. We can tell she has had the best time. We love our Hounds Lounge. All of the staff is amazing, super friendly, and great with our pup.

Absolutely the best experience! I don’t know one person who works there, I went in very skeptical because I have a special dog who is extremely fearful of human beings. I shared this with Zoe, she listened! She then shared this information to everybody working and they took such great care of my dog. They called me to tell me she was adapting well, they texted me and they posted a picture on Instagram of an happy dog! Amazing first day! Thank you for trying so hard and loving Mae. We are coming back ♥️

Hounds Lounge Pet Resort and Spa is truly exceptional! They boarded my dog, Lena, for 8 nights and treated her like royalty. Lena is naturally reserved, but thanks to their genuine love for dogs, she quickly opened up and had the best vacation with new friends. The team sent numerous photos and updates, sharing what they loved about her and how she was doing. This made me feel so reassured about leaving her there, knowing she was in great hands and getting plenty of playtime. They even gave her an exit bath, and she smelled amazing when we picked her up. Thank you, Hounds Lounge Team, for going above and beyond!

Our dog, Nori, really seemed to enjoy doggy daycare. The staff are wonderful, welcoming, and treat every pet like they are their top priority. We will use them for every trip we make to Fayetteville.

We are so thankful for Hounds Lounge! They staff really are great and they genuinely love to have the dogs there. Trusting someone with our fur babies is always hard, but they made it so easy. Posting images on their social media and giving us updates when we called. We even made a grooming appointment for next week!! I would give them 10 ⭐️ if I could. Phoebe and Otis have found their home away from home.
