Rapawzel Dog Grooming & Day Care

Brought my dog Enzo in for grooming and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They gave him a beautiful, clean haircut and really took their time shaping everything perfectly. As a Standard Schnauzer owner, I’m picky about how his cut looks and they nailed it. Enzo came out looking sharp, happy, and smelling great. The staff was friendly and clearly cares about the dogs they work with. Definitely one of the best grooming experiences we’ve had. We’ll absolutely be back!

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I will never return. I have a Sheltie, a double-coated breed where you DO NOT cut the top coat—only trim. Before leaving, I spent a full 10 minutes giving very clear, detailed instructions, showed photos, and specifically pointed out the exact areas that must not be touched—especially above the tail and along the side skirt. I even explained this was the exact mistake my previous groomer made. Instead of listening, the groomer seemed far more interested in upselling a $10 conditioner. She claimed she understood and even said she knew not to cut the top coat. Two hours later, I came back to find the exact opposite of what I asked for. The top coat above the tail was cut—worse than before—and in a larger area than my previous groomer. The side skirt was also cut too short and uneven, completely ruining the natural look of the coat. This is not a minor mistake—this shows a complete lack of attention, professionalism, and basic understanding of the breed despite being explicitly told. For a double-coated dog, this kind of damage can take a very long time to recover from and may even affect the coat permanently. I took the time to explain everything clearly. I was ignored. This is careless work, and there is no excuse for it. If you own a double-coated breed, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Pic: what I expected vs what I got

Our pup Lannister looks adorable, and Ana and the front desk lady (apologies, I forgot her name 😅) were both incredibly hospitable and sweet!! We just moved to the area last week, so this is a very warm welcome. We’ll be back in April 🙂

I love my dogs haircut!!!! our groomer Michel did a phenomenal job and I am so impressed by his work and kindness. Whenever I go to give my dog a haircut elsewhere he's never looked this good or been in better hands. I just wanted to thank Rapawzel Dog Grooming and Michel for his amazing work which should be acknowledged. I will 100% book with him again and I think you should too. Everything was so efficient. I booked a same day service for my Shi poo, they were a lil busy and he was there for about 2 1/2 hours, but my baby looks so handsome. I didn’t want a complete shave, and they understood the assignment. Happy and will be back. We love this service! Denilson gives our dog scout amazing cuts every time (and she shows up very untamed. She’s a Cavapoo so she gets pretty knotty). She usually gets very nervous at other groomers but she goes right over to Denilson and I can tell he’s just great with dogs. Can’t recommend him and this service enough.

My girlfriend booked a mobile grooming appointment with Gabriela for our dog Kira - she is a 20 pound Pomeranian and husky mix - and she looked amazing. The regular grooming included a nail trimming, and we also added a Dematting and Deshedding. When she was done Kira looked perfect.
