Paws and Claws is amazing. My three dogs love spending their day there. The staff is amazing, the facilities are great, and I love knowing that my dogs are having the best time-getting all the love, pets, and playtime they need. I’ve been taking my dogs for almost two years and have legitimately never had a single complaint. They also have a groomer on-site (Ashlee) who does incredible work with my three doodles. She is a phenomenal groomer, loving on those dogs. They actually love to go see her. 10/10 highly recommend. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else.

My 3 pups LOVE coming to daycare! They’re most favorite times to come are for the photo shoots and summer time pool parties!! Highly recommend paws and claws as a great place for your pup to get their energy out! Not to mention the staff really do love all the dogs that come in and out!

I was so nervous about leaving my dog at daycare as she is an older girl but she absolutely loved going! The staff were always kind and accommodating. The nail trims were always great, too, and my dog isn’t the biggest fan of nail trims. We even took a 10 day trip and boarded her and I love that they have cameras plus you can get email updates while you’re gone. My dog has skin issues and they will administer meds and any supplements provided if you include the instructions on the check in sheet. They also post the dogs a lot on Facebook and it’s nice to see the fun they are having. If we didn’t move to Colorado, I would continue taking her there 100%!

I recently had my doggos' Kiwi and Rosie boarded with this company with a recommendation from their vet. I watched the cameras while my husband was driving to see how they interacted with the other dogs and staff. After getting back, I decided to enroll them in the doggy daycare. We live in an apartment that does not have a dog park on site and do not like taking them to public parks since a lot of times owners do not watch after their pets and there is usually a bunch of poop on the grounds. I noticed when I watched the cameras that staff keep up with the cleanliness of the interior and exterior. My dogs are still a little on the nervous side when going for daycare but I have seen improvement on their socialization. I see the staff paying attention to the surroundings and dogs behaviors. They also interact with them a lot. Kiwi also had a grooming not to long ago and they did a fantastic job. The workers are extremely nice and will give me reports on their behavior. So far, I am happy I made the choice to enroll them in the daycare at this facility. My only regret is that I wish I had found this place sooner. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff.

I can’t say enough good things about Paws & Claws. We had a fire in January and while waiting for our home to be repaired had to move into a rental. The rental was not senior dog friendly. So, we made the hard decision to board our sweet collie, Mitch. The level of care and just how much they love each and every animal is what meant the most. We felt safe knowing he was in good hands. He also had an absolute blast there. He’s a very social dog with both other dogs and people. We would frequently pop online to watch him in the cameras enjoying the outdoors during doggy daycare. If I could give 4 3/4 stars that would be our honest rating. We had two minor issues…. One he got kennel cough. It happens but just worried us. He had to come home until he recovered, and again the rental just wasn’t a good setup for him. Also, there were several times we’d get the call his food was completely out after it was out. We usually got a heads up. Luckily we were renting in H’ville and could bring it over quickly. He was there right at 6 months. I would really recommend consider Paws and Claws for your boarding and/or daycare needs. Including are a few of the pics of him for Facebook, which they would post multiple times a week

Very happy with this place! Our baby Riley loves it here and you can tell she is very loved by all the staff! They definitely go above and beyond for your fur pups! My only complaint would be how terrible the "live camera" quality is and the price increases. Other then that absolutely recommend this place for boarding and daycare!

We boarded our two dogs here for one week and were extremely alarmed by their condition when we picked them up. One dog lost 6 pounds and the other lost about 5 pounds. Both dogs were visibly underweight with ribs showing and lethargic, which was very concerning to us. We provided Farmer’s Dog food with clear, written instructions: one specific bag per dog per day. Each dog’s daily portion differs by approximately 400 calories, so the bags are drastically different sizes, and each bag is clearly labeled with the dog’s name. When we returned home, we still had three unused bags (two belonging to one dog and one belonging to the other) which indicates they were not fed the correct food consistently, and at times may not have been fed at all. Our dogs are already fairly active, so we contacted our veterinarian immediately. Our vet confirmed that this amount of weight loss in one week is abnormal, regardless of activity or playtime. When we called the facility and spoke with the manager, we were told the dogs had been fed correctly every meal and that their weight loss and low energy was due to playtime. When we asked how that explanation accounted for the extra food bags, the manager stated that she was "not with them every time they were fed" and could not explain the discrepancy, saying only that staff had reported the dogs were fed correctly. We are now working to safely get our dogs back to a healthy weight. This experience was extremely troubling, and I’m sharing it so others can do thorough research and carefully consider their options before boarding their pets here.
