Pet Paradise Ballantyne

I had my small dog groomed at Pet Paradise. I had a great experience… making the appointment I line was easy, checking in was easy and the staff was patient, kind and very loving to my dog. I was notified when my dog was almost finished and when I went to pick him up, they were ready for me and the process was easy. I did not meet the groomer but they did an excellent job. I will definitely go back!

We boarded our two little dogs and they had a blast! They were well cared for and we loved being able to see them via the webcam during group playtime. We were a little worried about our elderly chihuahua (adopted when a family member passed away) because she has never been boarded. She had so much fun - she threw a fit because she did not want to leave the group playtime! Thank you for taking such great care of our babies!

Our dog Sonny goes to Pet Paradise and absolutely loves it!! He is a 2 year old, very high energy lab. We recently moved to the area and were nervous to find a daycare that was a good as his last but Pet Paradise has exceed our expectations. The pool is an awesome addition, especially for our lab. They always keep their play areas and lobby clean which makes us feel ever better sending him for doggy daycare. Their prices are also super reasonable and the staff are always so kind. We are so lucky to have found Pet Paradise!! I would recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time boarding our dogs. Pet Paradise made it a wonderful experience! They had cameras in playrooms and I was able to check in and see my pups having fun! They sent me a report card that included photos and details on how my dogs were doing. I wasn’t worried at all about how my dogs were doing!

Our dog seems fine after his 3 day stay. Did not get any feedback on his stay from Pet Paradise. Assume we should have contacted them to get feedback. In another facility we use up north they give us a full report. Also did not know we could do video viewing. So next time we will be able to give a much more accurate review after we ask for the report and view our boy a few times while at the facility.

I thought about bringing my dog here so I watched one of their webcams for about 15 minutes. The person responsible for supervising the dogs did not look up from her phone the entire time. I decided it was not a good place for my dog. It's a nice facility but the staff needs to be more attentive with the dogs. Phones should be banned while on the job.
