Social Pet at Pineville

This is our first time to use dog day care here in Charlotte NC. We have been searched for a while as our dog has been an introvert Pup. This facility was clean, functional, organized and safe, play area is decent sized. We can watch the dog’s action via their webcams + report card. Staff were very friendly, helpful, dedicated to their work. We were very impressed with their dedication and service. We also received a goodies gifts and warm welcoming card from them. We booked service from theirs website, for new clients you will get the best discount. We are also booking for dog boarding and customs services for pup needs when we are going away. You will be sure to have a peace of mind while you’re away from your beloved pup. Thank you for looking after and take good care of our pup.

We had a family obligation in Florida and had to board our 2 rescues for the first time,during our snowmeggeden. I worried about how they will be coming back because you never know how they'll respond to this environment. We were able to watch them throughout the day on video playing. The daily report card is great, I send them to our kids so they can have connections to their furbabies. The boys came back to us bathed and in a great mindset. They were not stressed or velcro dogs to us at all. They had a wonderful time. We also had some issues with our flights being delayed and they were very accommodating and understanding. Thank you!

Social Pet is just the best for doggy day care as well as the hotel! Our dog had a great time! I love that they send you pictures, plus a report card as well as the dogs they played with! It made us feel good while we were away that our dog was being so well taken care of care of!! Also, when you walk inside at the Pineville location, you can’t even tell that its full of dogs, no nasty smells, just a nice place!

We always have a good experience with Social Pet. The staff is very attentive to any special needs, be it medicine or daily treats. I love the daily report cards, pictures, and access to the webcam. Seeing Kassi happy and active during her stay is reassuring that she is in good hands. I highly recommend Social Pet for pet boarding and daycare.

We needed to find a Doggy Daycare place for our babies that wasn’t like ones that you hear stories about all day play, no rest time, & 10+ dogs with 1 employee. We were looking for a place with rest, enrichment, but a fun environment! Our girls are more on the shy side with other dogs and get overwhelmed, so it was tough finding a place that offers one on one with stimulation. We live an apartment so it was important for us to get them out of the house often! Since the first day, we loved this facility. During the assessment, they called us and let us know how they were doing and that they were resting. Ever since, we’ve been a couple times and our pups demeanor has changed for the better! They are more stimulated and rest from how much fun they have. They get excited when they get in the car and when we pull in the parking lot. The staff ALWAYS greets us and tells us how their day went. We love this place and could not recommend it enough to anyone especially for people with dogs who aren’t as social like ours!

So easy to book, drop off, and watch your pup play online. I do wish the camera quality were better, but I love the staff's daily photos! They seem to really care about the dogs and actually give them attention. My little Lincoln was nervous on his first day but much more comfortable on his second!

My Staffy lovesssss it here. They are courteous, accommodating and supportive loving to my girl! She has the best time! And for an extra fee she can participate in parties and special events when they are offered and I love that. Thank you all! The leaders and the team do the best work to ensure the experience is top tier!
