Pet Suite Retreat

So we brought my mom’s dog here (it was her mom’s dog that recently passed), and she’s a small dog. Probably no bigger then a gallon of milk, it took from around 10-11am until 4-5pm for them the do a simple wash and groom. We assumed they were busy, maybe it’s just taking a lil longer. Well we picked the dog up, paid the bill. An when we got home sat her down, she had like clipper marks in her face or like poke marks. Her face was semi swelled for 72 hours and she had a scab for over a week for it to heal. I wouldn’t take your pets here, if you do check them before you leave. (Should have known better when they said a child groomed her.)

They will love and treat your dog like family. So grateful to have these fantastic staff people in my dog’s life. My puppy couldn’t have a better daycare.

Our dog loves going here. We’ve done boarding as well as day-care. Their rates are reasonable so we often use them if we’re going to be away for most of the day. It’s nice knowing he’s having fun rather than locked up at home. He always comes home exhausted from playing. You can tell the staff care and enjoy what they do. Their grooming is excellent and also reasonably priced. Can’t recommend Pet Suite Retreat enough!

I love this place so much! I’ve used them before with my older dogs. This time I used them for my VERY hyper puppy. I had flight issues and they were more than ok to keeping her longer. I felt so comfortable with them taking my puppy Mavis. The workers are so nice! Mavis will definitely be back! Thank you guys so much I needed that peace of mind! Mavis thanks you too! 🙂

Great place for your dog boarding daycare or overnight the staff is great and they know my Dog Mickey by name. He's been going there ever since he was 3 months old. He's a Labrador, German shepherd, rockwilder mix with Hound also.

Love the staff. They are super professional, and true animal lovers. My dog is always well cared for there. She is always excited when we pull into the driveway.

Owner and staff were kind patient and understanding with my reactive Rottweiler. They accommodate dogs who are not social to other dogs by letting them go out solo. Rosie seemed to have a good stay. Thank you!
