Pawsome Pups Dog Care in La Mesa

Our dog Maple has stayed at Pawsome Pups for both overnight boarding and doggy daycare, and we always know she’s in great hands. We truly appreciate having a safe and friendly place where she can have play dates with other dogs during the day as well as stay overnight when we’re out of town—all in one spot. The staff is wonderful, and we always feel confident that Maple is well cared for and happy. We highly recommend Pawsome Pups to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring place for their dog—whether for daycare or boarding. We’re so grateful to have found them!

I can only say amazing things about Pawsome pups!!! Our pup Luna (1 year shepherd mix) absolutely loves staying with Katerina and her husband, they love her just the way we do. They truly care for my dog just like it is their own. I love that they don’t kennel my dog, they have a big backyard for her to play in with other dogs, and a doggie pool which Luna loves!! Its such a relief to be able to go on vacation for a week and trust that your pet is being cared for ❤️ I highly recommend Pawsome!

My giant Bernese Mountain Dog, Bodhi is very shy and can be nervous around other dogs. Katerina welcomed him with kind, gentle arms. After one week he was playing with all the dogs. After two weeks, we couldn’t keep him away. Bodhi now runs into Katerina’s arms and almost busts down the gate every morning to get into her yard! Katerina is amazing and Bodhi loves his doggy daycare. Bodhi always leaves happy, exhausted, and eager to return. It makes me and my husband relieved that he has a safe place to play while we are at work.

My sweetie dog has been coming to Pawsome since she was about 3/4 months old. She runs out of the car to house as soon as we pull up from excitement! It’s a relief knowing she’s safe and has the best time with her doggie friends. Definitely recommend to anyone

Most genuine dog daycare around San Diego. My dogs always leave relaxed and I am happy seeing them on their Facebook page. Would recommend for anyone who wants their dog to have a good interactive social environment!

Katerina is AMAZING! I initially found her to walk my dog for me as I recovered from surgery last winter, but I’ve since used her over and over for times that I travel and needed a safe, trusted environment for my senior dog to stay in. I’ve always been hesitant about boarding her in a huge facility because of her age and just not knowing exactly how she’d be treated once I was gone. I have zero worries about her when she stays with Katerina because she takes care of her the same way that I would. Her facility is set up for dogs, and she goes above and beyond to make sure that all of my dog’s needs are met. I am so happy that I found her and grateful to have such a caring person looking after my fur baby. She is very sweet and I would highly recommend Pawsome Pups to anyone looking for dog walking or sitting services. She just kept my dog for me while I went on a trip to Joshua Tree and knowing my dog was with someone so great is the only reason my trip was worry free!
