Diane's Dog House

Diane and Michelle are fantastic! They regularly cat sit for our 4 cats, fish and snake. All of our pets feel at home with them and aren’t stressed when we return home. They also send pictures daily of our babies which we always look forward to receiving and take their time to get to know our cats (each with their own needs). We used Diane's dog house for the first time over the summer. I was nervous because I haven't had the best experience with boarding my 2 dogs. When I get there to drop them off, I got a tour of the place and to meet a few of the other boarders. It was great. They seemed to really enjoy being around dogs and working to make mine comfortable in this new situation. I got at least 2 pictures and updates a day while they were there. One thing that really stood out to me was what the dogs smelled like when I picked them up. I usually take them straight home and give them a bath because they stink. But this time, they had no kennel smell!! It really says alot about how clean and well cared for the building is. A few moths later, we had a stay booked but life went sideways. We were moving, had a death in the family, and it was Thanksgiving. They were amazing. They worked with us and around our chaos. They cared about us as people, not money. Then at Christmas time, we had another stay booked. And our dogs got sick. We let them know as soon as possible that we would be canceling their stay. They never once made us feel bad or like we were a problem. I hope they never close because I dont trust any one else now.

Diane Dog house is my Blu home away from home. When I say the staff is wonderful and attentive to your fur baby 💙💙 If ever in need of a good, loving, caring , safe place for your fur baby this is the place .

What a blessing finding Diane! Not only do I travel for work, but my fur baby is diabetic and needs her insulin 2xs a day. Diane has made me feel very comfortable and I am less stressed knowing that my Maisey is in the best of care with Diane!! I highly recommend her!! If you are looking for a dog groomer, look no more, Kenny, who does the grooming at Diane's dog house is very patient and I am so happy!!!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place. I am a MAJOR helicopter mom and Diane and her team are incredible. They communicate multiple times a day with photos and videos and they understand everything about my baby. They allow me to enjoy my time away because I’m always getting pics and updates! And they offer the cutest treats like pup cups or holiday related dog safe snacks to spoil your pet! I honestly CANNOT recommend them enough!!!!

I absolutely love Diane and her establishment! They have been taking care of my fur baby since she was a puppy. I never have to be concerned, because I know she will be well taken care of. The updated pictures are a bonus that are sent while she is in their care. They are professional, kind and loving.

They're professional, Truly love all the dogs & give exceptional care for the dogs wellbeing by making sure every dog has all their shots prior to even entering the building. They keep in contact with you about how your Dog is doing while you're away & truly go the extra mile. Diane & the staff are truly awesome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
