Playful Pack

Brandy absolutely loves doggy daycare here. Staff is very friendly and they have fun activities for the dogs each day. They have great hours too for drop off and pick up (6:30am-7:20pm) which works great for me. My schedule varies from day to day so it is great that they are so flexible.

My pups love daycare at Playful Pack. I love the fact that I don’t need reservations. If something comes up, I always know that they’ll take my dogs. That’s huge for me. I always enjoy the photos and report cards I get after they’ve spent the day. They come home exhausted from all of the day’s activities. If I had one thing I could change, it would be not needing to pay for them to eat lunch while they’re there (when we are providing the food from home). It’s a bit of an annoyance to have to pay two separate $3 fees for that. I also never know if they ever eat any of it, so I try not to send in food unless they’ll be there all day.

We love Playful Pack in Leesburg! They were extremely patient and understanding with my shy puppy, Otto, and gave him the time he needed to get comfortable and acquainted. We also adore the report cards and photos that get sent out daily. The staff is so friendly and helpful and Otto loves them as well! Overall, we are so happy to have found this place.

Love boarding our dog here and he is always excited to go. I love that they have webcams so we can check-in on him when away, and there are enrichment activities everyday that make me feel like my dog isn't just sitting around. I also appreciate that there is an outdoor play area that they go out to at least 2x a day. Finally, the staff are very nice and always greet my dog when we come in, which feels like a personal touch.

Playful Pack has been a wonderful experience for our dog. She comes home after daycare completely exhausted and loves going to daycare each morning. We’ve noticed a boost in her confidence, especially with experiences that might be scary, such as climbing under or on ramps. We’ve also noticed her ability to "tell" other dogs when playing has improved - she’s much better at giving and receiving cues from other dogs when play has become too much. I’d also be remiss if I didn’t mention all of the wonderful staff - our dog loves seeing them when she goes in and they all treat her wonderfully. I’ve also watched my dog on camera and have seen firsthand how the staff interacts with the dogs and you can see they truly do care about each and every dog.

Couldn't ask for a better place for our pup to socialize and burn off his infinite store of energy. The staff clearly loves all the dogs, they've helped our dog learn how to play well with others and he gets so excited when we get in the car to go to daycare! The daily pictures are adorable and he loves the activities they arrange. Could not recommend them more.

We have been using playful pack for over 6 months now. Both boarding for a week+ and daycare here and there. I have never met people who are as in love with our dogs as we are. They are always welcoming and kind. The Camera to watch them online is such a fun addition. I also love getting the report cards at the end of each day with TONS of photos of the dogs throughout the day. The options for free daily walks and $25 daycare baths is incredible. Seriously so thankful I have found such a wonderful and dependable place for our dogs to go when needed!
