PetSuites Hamburg

I’ve been boarding my cats here when I travel for 5+ years. I already had a 5 star review on here but my experience this visit makes me wish I could give more stars!! They noticed my elderly cat wasn’t eating and was lethargic and Marissa went above and beyond, volunteering to take him to our vet while we were out of town. With text updates, photos and everything!! This was so outside the scope of what was expected and I am beyond grateful for the exceptional care my Koi received.

The front desk staff at PetSuites have been incredibly accommodating during my recent transition from Florida to Kentucky. My pups, Ace and Blaze, had been attending the same daycare in Florida for three years, so I was naturally a bit nervous about the change. However, seeing them adjust so smoothly to their new environment has been such a relief. They eagerly pull me through the doors each day and walk off happily with the staff, which speaks volumes about the care they’re receiving. I’ve had to make several membership adjustments in a short period, and the team has handled each request with kindness and professionalism. While I wish I knew the names of everyone at the front desk, I want to specifically recognize Lane and the other two ladies usually at pickup time for their helpfulness and support. Thank you all for being such a wonderful home away from home for Ace and Blaze!

It was a bit of an emergency when we needed to board two of our dogs. Fortunately pet suites had a lovely suite for them. We requested they be boarded together and they were, they had blankets and private play time (paid for), as well as plenty of attention. Because one of our dogs is prone to stealing from one of the others, they put one of ours in the puppy playroom and that was wonderful. You get to check on your pet via a private link you are given at check-in. You can text the staff. They were able to take a very stressful situation and make it easier on both us and our dogs. Kudos kudos!

I greatly appreciate the kind and professional staff at PetSuites! They took good care of my Border Collie, "Torch" and the grooming they performed on Torch made Torch look like a movie star! Torch and I will be PetSuites customers forever!

PetSuites in Hamburg has been an amazing place for my girls. The staff remember my dogs by name and take great care of them. When I first started using the facility for day boarding, the workers were attentive to the extra requests I had in regard to my puppy mill rescue. Sometimes I pick the dogs up and they greet another worker before greeting me, which is a testament to how well they are treated! I love that I get updates and pictures of my girls when I’m away. Highly recommend this facility!

I boarded my 8yo female Pit for the first time ever and chose PetSuites from a family recommendation. It was a fantastic experience for everyone! We will definitely choose them again.

My dogs thoroughly enjoyed their stay here. The only issue that I had with them is very inconsistent with the amount that I was supposed to pay for two nights I was told several different amounts and none of it added up until I called them on the numbers, other than that, it was a fantastic experience.
