Wags Stay N Play Boarding & Daycare

I've been taking my dog to Wags for over 5 years now for daycare and occasionally for boarding. The staff have always communicated well with me, especially if my dog got sick or just didn't act his normal self. I trust them for boarding and I've never had a bad experience there for either boarding or daycare - I have at other facilities in the FM area, however. My dog is a grumpy old man who seems really nice at first (but always isn't), so they've done a good job training new employees on his quirks as well as managing his stress levels as much as they are able to. We've even had to reduce the number of days per week he attends daycare because of his nervous nature. However, when he goes, he's always very well cared for and actually begs to go on his scheduled "stay at home and rest" days! I appreciate that I don't have to make an appointment for daycare and that they are open on weekends. I can drop him off any day, for any length of time, which is so nice for my busy schedule!

I can't say enough about the changes that have been made to wags! Brought my sweet girl their for daycare, was greeted by the friendly receptionist and had all of my questions answered without hesitation. The new manager was kind and really attentive when it comes to the care of our furry friends!

I've been bringing my dogs to Wags Stay n Play since 2016 for boarding and daycare, and have nothing but positive experiences to report. Staff members are all pet lovers and are so welcoming to me and my dogs! I love the activity photos and my dogs are tired and happy when I pick them up ❤️ Highly recommend!

Great staff and even greater services! I take my 11 month old golden retriever, Leia, to Wags and they take phenomenal care of her. She’s always tired out and has an absolute blast. I love that I can drop her off for daycare and they’ll make sure she gets her grooming done while she’s there too. Also, the webcams rock for when you want to check on your pet. (They also posts tons and tons of pictures which I absolutely LOVE!)

Everyone is always so nice. Very helpful, our dog is always happy and tired when he gets home. Drinks his water laying down, when he gets groomed there he always smells AMAZING. 👏 Would recommend 100%

I can’t say enough great things about this doggy daycare and boarding facility! We've been taking our dog here for years. The entire operation runs like clockwork — it’s clean, organized, and clearly focused on the well-being of every dog. What really makes the difference is the manager, Cindy! Her leadership and attention to detail ensure that everything runs smoothly — from drop-off and playtime schedules to communication with pet parents. You can tell the staff feels supported and confident, and that positive energy carries over to the dogs. Whenever we've had issues (always very minor), they've been dealt with promptly and appropriately. Our pup goes to daycare pretty much daily (very high energy coonhound) and boards 4-5 times a year. It’s such a relief knowing she is in a place that’s both fun and professionally managed. I never have to worry — I know my dog is safe, happy, and loved every day. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well-run, trustworthy, and caring facility!

We absolutely love this place! The activities they do each week for the dogs is great. My Louie has the best time here!
