Twin Cities Premier Dog Boarding

I found Premier Boarding randomly at the dog park near my home, where Sami was taking all the dogs out for playtime. My Phyllis definitely got plenty of exercise, play and love from the dogs and humans alike. This in home boarding experience was exactly what we were looking for. I wanted my girl to be in a loving home without putting out my friends and family. Sami messaged me every day with pictures of my dog doing her very favorite things, including lap time with humans! This is so much better than being away and thinking about my fur baby being locked in a lonely cage while I was out having fun. I will be using Premier for all of my upcoming trips. My little thug was SO tired when she came home ❤️❤️❤️ I can’t recommend Premier enough!!!

Twin Cities Premier Boarding is just what we were hoping to find for a recent four-night out-of-town trip. We usually take our dog everywhere with us, but he couldn't come this time. We were reluctant to board him at a standard boarding facility. Sami Bergeron and her husband proved to be the perfect alternative to kennel boarding! Sami is very responsive, friendly and Max loved staying there. He got attention, exercise and play. What a relief to know we have such a safe, fun alternative for our beloved dog.

Sami did a great job watching my dog while I was out of town. She scheduled a meet and greet to get details about my dog and make sure he would be a good fit for the space ahead of the stay. She has 2 other dogs, so the meet and greet was reassuring to see how they all got along. Sami is flexible on pickup and drop off times as long as they are at a reasonable hour and you give her a heads up on when you’re planning to be there ahead of time. Sami makes sure to send you a daily update with pictures of your pet so you know they’re doing well. I have a high energy dog, and I could tell when I got him back that he got lots of play time because he slept all night!

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Twin Cities Premier Dog Boarding! Sami is fantastic—she truly understands the unique needs of my two Labrador Retrievers. The spacious yard provides plenty of room for them to run and play, and Sami ensures they get ample exercise every day. What stands out the most is the personal connection she builds with each dog. Her extensive knowledge of different breeds and their individual temperaments shines through in the care she provides. It gives me peace of mind to travel knowing my pets are in such capable hands. Sami is amazing!!! She always gives us updates of her walks with Tilly and has even accommodated some last minute walk requests. She always communicates in advance and has been a huge help while our work schedules change. Tilly looks forward to any time Sami is around!

We would highly recommend Sami and her business for the compassionate, loving care she gives all of her furry buddies. She has been a godsend to us taking care of Josie - so patient, fun and caring. I would recommend her highly without reservation.

Glad we found Sami - I love that she has a "report card" every day. Also, I love that we are always the only one there other than her two dogs. I've had many situations where the house was so packed with other dogs that it is overwhelming. There is a big backyard, totally fenced off. She took really good care of our pup!
