But every single visit, the team here showed Roxie the same level of care and compassion that I would give her myself. They always greeted her by name, remembered her quirks, and treated her like family. Whether it was making sure she was comfortable, giving her gentle attention, or keeping me updated so I never had to worry, they consistently went above and beyond. At her age, comfort and kindness meant everything, and they provided both with genuine heart. I’m forever grateful for the way they cared for Roxie Luv. Both our dogs love this place, they get so excited when we go in and are always so happy when we pick them up! Staff is super nice and great with the dogs. The facility itself is very clean and new with an adorable bone shaped doggy swimming pool and tons of outdoor and indoor play areas. I really appreciate that they have never once lost any of the toys we send the dogs in with, I’ve found that to be an issue with other places we have boarded them. The dogs are always totally exhausted after boarding since they are getting so much attention and stimulation which is a nice bonus after you have returned from a long trip yourself. I also feel like their rates are very reasonable particularly since we know the dogs and not just safe but also being so well taken care of, we use pet paradise every time we travel and they have always been amazing!

I’ve now had two really wonderful experiences with this place! I brought my cat to be boarded here for Christmas in a Cat Cabana. He never stayed anywhere before, and while he was nervous there, they took wonderful care of him. He came home totally happy—happier than he has ever been just leaving him with someone that comes by a few times a day. So that was great! Brought my dog to be groomed here today, another first, and it went incredibly well. They listen to what you want (and don’t want), and they all care for and love the animals here. You walk in the door, and the entire staff is friendly and genuine. I’ll be coming here for any boarding and grooming needs, without a doubt! So happy to live so close by this location. EDIT: Been bringing my dog here for two years now. Angie is AMAZING, and my pup is always happy to go get groomed by her. The staff is so sweet. The team there Saturday and Sunday mornings is always amazing. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I went ony very first cruise to the Bahamas for a week. I had never left my 2 furbabies my children before and I tried 2 ppl and neither of them could keep my babies. Sooo I called pet paradise and even though it was a bit pricey, it was very well worth it, they loved it. The only complaint I have was that my baby girl has allergies and her eyes gets the nasty goop in them and tear stains, noone took the time to clean her face for her, it wasn't for me but for her who would want to walk around and have a messy face? Human or pets? I had even asked and offered to pay for the groomer to do it but it never got done that was my only complaint.

Last weekend, my daughter took our cockapoo to Pet Paradise for grooming, which should have included a bath, cutting his hair, tail and eyelashes, brushing his teeth, and clipping his nails We knew he had some matting because of his curly hair, but we had no idea that his cut was going to be butchered the way it was. No one ever called my daughter to discuss what she exactly wanted or even if the groomer had any suggestions. Our baby was there from 9am until almost 3pm with no contact. My daughter received a text message saying he was done 30 mins ago. When he was picked up, he looked extremely distressed and sad. And we're talking about a dog who's always bubbly and playing. My daughter was unable to pick him up because of a prior engagement, so she had her bonus mom pick him up. My daughter tried to call Pet Paradise three times, and no one ever answered the phone. I think it's sad that any professional groomer would allow a dog to leave with their hair uneven and with blotchy areas. They didn't even trim his eyelashes, and his beard was completely uneven. I wish my daughter would've read the reviews before taking him or even getting a referral for a specific groomer there who would've taken pride in their work. Oh, not to mention Pet Paradise told my daughter it was going to cost $95. When he was picked up, the total was $130. The math ain't mathing!!! 😡😡😡

I cannot say enough good things about the manager at Pet Paradise, Jeremy. While I was out of state, my dog had a medical emergency — and he didn’t hesitate. He personally made sure she was taken to the emergency vet not once, but twice, and stayed on top of her care the entire time. He kept me informed, treated her like she was his own, and made decisions that clearly put her health and safety first. That level of responsibility and compassion is rare, and it gave me real peace of mind during a stressful situation. If you’re trusting someone with your pet, this is exactly the kind of leadership and care you want behind the scenes. I’m beyond grateful for what he did and how seriously he took her wellbeing.
