Gloria and the staff at Toby town are salt of the earth people. I would give 10 stars if I could. Joey absolutely loves it here and I couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else to care for my dog when needed. Thank you so much to Toby Town for all that you do! Joey loves you all!!

What an excellent place for dogs. They run like clockwork here, which I love. The facility is spotlessly clean to the point of being near odorless, and they have many play areas for matching up dogs with similar temperaments and play styles. The staff is attentive and kind, and they take pictures of your dogs every day they attend, so you can see what a good time they're having! I can't say enough good things.

When I first got my rescue dachshund, Kira, she had a bad case of separation anxiety and wasn't very social with other dogs or people. I was nervous about giving doggie daycare a try, but from the very first interaction I had with the Toby Town team, I knew Kira would be in good hands! Since then, Kira has really come out of her shell and has so much fun playing at Toby Town. I love seeing the pictures posted on Facebook of her playing with the other dogs and I know she is well looked after! Everyone at Toby Town has a friendly attitude, communicates well, and provides a high level of care for the dogs there. I can't recommend Toby Town enough!

One of our main concerns when moving to Richmond was finding a safe, loving, and fun community for our three dogs to join. We found that with Toby Town. Gloria and her team instantly welcomed our trio, and we are so grateful to have them now as a pillar of our dogs’ daily lives! We would recommend Toby Town to anyone looking for a trustworthy spot where your dogs will thrive!

Absolutely adore this doggy daycare. First, kudos to them for their required human tour. Aspens been to several doggy daycares and NEVER have I seen the inside of one. Our tour was at 10-11am, so there were already dozens of dogs there. The facilities are so beautiful, clean, and organized, AND they are staffed 24/7! I am obsessed! They are incredibly attentive to the dogs and truly seem to love their jobs. I’m very happy with my decision to move Aspen to Toby Town. They work with my crazy EMS hours on the weekend, allowing Aspen to be dropped off early for a small fee. They also have pools for the water lovers, like Aspen, which is so fun for her. I’m so happy with Toby Town and am thrilled to have found her such a caring, compassionate, and safe daycare!

My dog Rambo loves Tobytown! He looks forward to going! He begins barking before we get off the exit! The staff is friendly and caring! He is boarded there sometimes as well. The staff truly cares about the dogs and treats them like their own. I love when Rambo is worn out all night because he is a very active dog. I love seeing the daycare photos posted on Facebook. I know my money is being well spent.

Toby Town is amazing! My dog Titan loves to go there and they take great care of him. The place is beautiful and cleaner than any human day care center!! Gloria, the owner, treats my dog as if he were her own. I wouldn't hesitate to board him there because someone is always there to watch out for him. I can't recommend this facility enough!
