The Pawms Pet Resort Vestavia Hills

The Pawms pet resort and spa at Vestavia in Birmingham, Alabama is amazing! The service and attention that they give to your dogs is top-notch! I dropped my dogs off for baths and grooming this morning and spoke to Peyton who was super helpful and friendly. Everyone there was so great and wonderful to work with. They treat you and your beloved animals like they would treat their own family. I can’t recommend enough that if you have an opportunity and a need for grooming or daycare that you check out the Pawms pet resort. They really did a super great job and I’m looking forward to bringing our dogs back to them for more VIP treatment again soon. Thanks to everyone for being so patient and accommodating to all of your patrons. We very much appreciate you!

I will never be able to say enough amazing words about the Pawms Vestavia. I have been bringing my dog here for grooming and daycare since we moved to Birmingham about 5 years ago. We also had to board all 3 of our family dogs for 2 weeks, and I would have been a nervous wreck if I had taken them anywhere else. They were so on top of letting us know that they were safe and happy while staying. I cannot recommend Pawms enough.

We booked last minute and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our doggo was well cared for. Nice, clean organization.

We LOVE pawms! We have been sending buddy to daycare here for almost 2 years. We have always had a wonderful experience. Our dog loves it here and is always excited to go. It means a lot as a dog owner when you walk through the doors and each dog is greeted by the staff. They are wonderful and we could not be more thankful for everyone that works at pawms!

The Pawms in Vestavia has taken care of my dog, Scout, for the last year and they are hands down the best boarding facility that we have ever used. We moved our dog due to the way he was neglected after a week long vacation at another facility. We have had exceptional service and a very happy dog since we first opened their doors. I do not typically give Google reviews, but they do such an excellent job that I couldn’t help myself. Thank you Pawms Staff for all you do!

We have been taking our dog (Zoe) to the Pawms in Vestavia for the past 5 years or so. I wanted to say thank you to the entire Pawms team for being a fantastic place for pets. The people working at the facility are genuinely fantastic and our pup is always excited to go see them. We are really lucky to have this facility close to where we live and we are incredibly grateful for how much care and love they show to Zoe each time she visits. I wanted to say thank you and recognize the entire Pawms Vestavia team for being a wonderful group to work with.

We've been clients of The Pawms for two years and we always get great service at a reasonable price. Our Havanese always gets to play in doggie day care when he's there for grooming so that is an added bonus too!
