Cottonwood Pet Resort

We will be boarding our golden Lily for the 3rd time this summer! She loves the Cottonwood Pet Resort! The staff are awesome! She has so much fun! After both previous stays, she had so much fun & attention, that she came home completely exhausted! It's like summer camp for dogs!

I love this place! Brittany is amazing!!!!! My dog loves it here. She is truly the best and makes it such a good experience. My dog always comes home happy and like she just had the time of her life. 10/10 recommend!

This was a great place for our dogs to stay. The people really care about animals and we could tell our dogs were loved when there. We did doggie daycare, boarding, and grooming at various points over the past 7ish years and never once had any issue. It is a little more on the expensive side but to us the great care was worth it.

Needed a good place for our year old puppy when we couldn't take her with us for our daughter's wedding. The accommodations were very good. The staff was delightful and warm with our bundle of joy. Dolly seemed to enjoy her time & the staff at Cottonwood.

Wanted to like this place as the set up is nice, but was super disappointed when watching my dog on the live cam they off. A female employee that was supposed to be watching the dogs was glued to her phone the entire time. There was a dog being aggressive with multiple other dogs and she missed over half of those interactions because she literally never looked up from her phone. The dogs' safety is more important than whatever is on your phone, you are working! The higher up's need to do better at managing their staff so that dogs don't get hurt because it's a problem waiting to to happen. I watched off and on for a full day, she was glued to her phone the entire time. Never engaging or paying attention to the dogs at all.

Cottonwood is the only place I’ll take my golden. The staff is always so kind and thoughtful, and I know she’s in the best hands. Brittany is especially wonderful…sometimes I wonder if my dog might actually love her more than me! so grateful to have a place I can trust with my baby.

Our dog loves going to daycare here! We love and trust the staff and know she’s being taken good care of during the day or overnight. It’s so funny to see how excited she gets when we pull into the parking lot. It’s the perfect way to get all her energy out and let her have some fun while we’re at work.
