I'd give boarding and day care five stars. Those services are WONDERFUL. Grooming, however, was awful. I have two small dogs, 17 pounds. Short hair male needed a bath and nail trim. Longer hair female needed a bath, cut, and nail trim. She looks TERRIBLE!!! Choppy cut, her beautiful shiny hair is gone, all that's left is the undercoat. Her cute ears are cut way short. Her beautiful tail is choppy. "That's $138, would you like to leave a tip?" Um, for a bath and horrible cut? NO, absolutely not. REPLY TO OWNER'S COMMENT: Well, you have my name and my number at Dogtopia. If you are truly interested in talking to me, you can call me. Also, my dogs are there right now for day care. Take a look at Brandy's crappy hair cut.

Apollo is a difficult dog to groom but he seems to do better without his masters. They said he did great and he came home smelling great! Just remember to look for their collar, they didn't give it back and i didn't realize it til the next day

Dogtopia - Millard has been just so awesome since day 1 of taking our puppy there! They have been flexible, very communicative if anything were to happen during the day, and they really show how much they care about the dogs. The membership prices simply cannot be beat with the perks compared to any other daycare in our close vicinity. He is always so happy and excited to go! And definitely a tired happy pup when he comes home. They have been super helpful when needing to take oral medications. If people are looking for daycare for their dogs, I highly recommend Dogtopia!

We have been using Dogtopia for daycare and grooming services for about 6 years or so for our two dogs. The staff is friendly and professional, and we could not be happier with the service provided. I have heard some clients have unfavorably reviewed Dogtopia's services due to kennel cough issues. On rare occasions Dogtopia, like every other doggy daycare, has had its issues with kennel cough. Our son, who is a veterinarian, told us that vaccines are not 100% effective (sound familiar?). A quick Google search can verify this information. I have personally seen dogs separated from the rest of the dogs and/or asked to have their owner not bring in their dog until adequate time has elapsed and the dog no longer shows symptoms. I have also seen staff turn away clients at the door who failed to provide vaccine records required for all dogs. I am grateful the staff does not cut corners and insists on following their policies. I would recommend Dogtopia to any of my friends looking for doggy daycare services in Millard and LaVista.

Jordan is our groomer for our dog Elvis. Always Awesome!! Wouldn't go anywhere else! Very Satisfied!!

This place is great. People are great and our dog is always excited to go. I just wish the webcams weren't down as often as they are.

Not my best experience with my pup. Asked for teddy bear look for her face and not to look like a poodle. For $90 I’d expect exactly that. Instead she looks like a mutt. She doesn’t even look like a miniature golden doodle. I knew her body would get cut down pretty low which I was 100% okay with. It was her face that threw me off. All of her hair is gone. So much for the teddy bear look. Makes me sad. I don’t know if it was miscommunication but yeah I’m pretty sad she looks this way and it’s nothing I can even do about it.
