Wagging Tails

Very friendly and great prices! Quality of the cut was great, but my yorkie’s cut is super simple so I can’t speak on any more intricate cuts. We just get our boy cut really short so he doesn’t pee on his legs (he still does). Would definitely recommend.

Worst groomer experience of my life! Called the day before to schedule an appointment to get my 9 year old Pomeranian a teddy bear cut. They said to bring my dog in at 11:30 the next morning. When we arrive they said she wasn't on the list but they would fit her in. An hour and a half later they let us know she is ready. They claimed that her hair was so matted that they had to just completely shave her....I was so mad! I just brushed her out myself the day before and I have been giving her a lion cut every summer all her life, myself. I KNOW how to take care of my pom. She's always so good about getting her hair done and so patient. They did not wash her, and only trimmed half her nails as well. Extremely disappointed!

Very nice people, first time taking my Chloe and she loved it. Did a great job on her. Will take her back again.

Today was our first time visiting Wagging Tails. The staff was friendly and did a terrific job on our girl. She looked snd smelled so nice and fresh! We will go back! Update. We had an 11:00 appointment today 5/27. We took her in. There was only one worker there. She had no idea that we had an appointment. She talked to us about how many surprises she gets on daily basis and said she should have already walked out. I showed her the confirmation text I received from them. She said well that goes to Odessa and I don’t see them. She said I need to call them direct and not make appointments on the website. I didnt! I made the appointment with the Abilene location!!!! Tried to tell her that but she didn’t listen. My dog was there 5 hours. She didn’t look much better than she did when we dropped her off. We DID NOT tip and we WILL NOT be back!

Amazing with our dogs! Our 1 chihuahua is hard to handle and snaps when cutting nails. This is the first groomer out of 3 in Abilene that has returned her without bloody nails. This will be our new go to groomer.

Loved the atmosphere and the workers was real happy with Babygirl’s looks after her visit will definitely go back. Just moved from Midland back to Abilene and so glad to find someone to groom my fur baby

Robbie is the best! Has been taking care of my furbabies since way back! They're always excited to see her and excited to give her lots of kisses!!!
