I would strongly caution others before trusting this groomer with their pets. During my dog’s appointment, her ear was clipped and I was never informed at pickup. I only discovered the injury once we were home. After reaching out multiple times, I finally received a response but there was no accountability and no remorse shown. That is deeply concerning. Accidents can happen, but honesty and responsibility should follow. If an injury can happen and not be disclosed, it raises serious concerns about what else could occur that owners may never be told about. These are red flags when it comes to the safety and care of our pets. Our fur babies deserve transparency, compassion, and professionalism. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business.

My 60 lb blue heeler always comes out smelling very fresh and soft they do a great job here and have reasonable prices

didnt want to accept my dog over him being aggressive, even tho i’ve never had that problem before, i offered to muzzle him and stay there while they groomed him but they still denied me over "blood thinners". don’t work with dogs if your afraid of getting scratches, he’s the smallest dog that was just nervous being somewhere new, definitely don’t come here. will be letting everyone know along with multiple 1 stars.

Affordable, Cheryl is very nice. The service was great and took about 3 hours for both my dogs. They only take cash and checks.

They always do a great job with my moms dog Dixie. Rosie gets a bath and she comes home smelling so clean!

I am so happy Cheryl's pet grooming is around. My dog Mischief a very loving 7 year old Chihuahua only with myself and my husband , I was never able to clip her nails myself, so the vet always had to for years, until I finally said that's too expensive at a veterinarian office . I was hesitant at first until 2020 or 2021 can't remember, but I walked in with husband holding her and she' has always tried to bite anyone who wasn't me or husband. Cheryl had husband hold her up because we couldn't get a muzzle on her and Cheryl cut her long nails perfectly and quickly! I was sold on not only the price but how her and staff were very great. I haven't taken my Lil Mischief mischievous anywhere since. These guys took us in on a walk in and were literally done in 5 minutes!!! Thank goodness for all you do for us, we always appreciate your services. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a great job done always. Kudos to all who know my Lil Mischief..

I've taken my Shitz shu there for a few years and I've always had an great experience, call and short notice and they have tried to get my baby in ASAP. My dog always come home smelling great, with a great cut. Cheryl remembers her. I wish they would take card payments, but that is no problem. I will continue to take my baby there.
