Groomingdale's Pet Spa @ San Antonio

Took my two dogs here because they really needed their hair cut. It’s been a while taking them because of bad really bad grooming experiences that resulted in cuts on our animals and ear infections from water spraying in ears. The small dog is very anxious because was abused before we adopted her 8 years ago, so most groomers are uneasy to take her. However Groomindales did not disappoint. They were professional and treated my dogs kind and they were very gentle. Both dogs left happy and the dog parents are very satisfied. This is our new spot. Thanks you all.

Groomingdale’s is the best! I’m willing to drive the distance to get to them because they do such a fantastic job. Every staff member is knowledgeable, caring, and seems to genuinely love what they do. Fernando has been taking care of my two babies for awhile now, and they always look/smell great and seem relaxed and happy afterward. One of my pups is a long-haired dachshund and Fernando always gets his ears and tail looking SO cute. Also, they feel SO soft and their fur looks super healthy. Typically takes between 2-3 hours to get their grooming/nail trimming done, but sometimes it’s faster. They have excellent communication. Reasonable cost at ~$50 per pet. Thank you!!

They have done such an amazing job with my Great Pyrenees! He is always so clean, soft, and well trimmed. Even after he’s rolled around in the dirt and turned brown he comes back clean and sparkling. They are great with large breed dogs which is hard to find. Highly recommend!!!

I have been bringing my two babies here since I got them, ( a few years now) and I absolutely will NOT take them anywhere else. Groomingdales cares, they listen, they genuinely love to be around the animals, and they don’t let them leave without my girls being up to their standards and i appreciate the heck out of that! Prices are not thru the roof, they are timely, and flexible if life’s issues arise and you have to change or cancel the appointment. I always tip 30% or higher for the work they do. Fernando is best groomer. He previously was my pet groomer I'm glad I found him again. He does just wonderful with my big boy German Shepherd. I highly recommend him and Groomingdales Pet Spa!

We took our dog to get his nails trimmed through their walk-in nail service and it was fantastic! He's skittish which we were nervous about but Fernando took great care of him and he was in & out in no time! The front desk staff is warm and welcoming as well. We'll be returning again for more services! 🙂

I made appointments for both of my dogs, one golden retriever and one Dutch shepherd. First of all, the girl who i spoke to when making the appointments was so incredibly kind and sweet, that already had me looking forward to taking my girls here. When I dropped them off, I had the chance to speak to both groomers and they were so nice and respectful. I have had really bad experiences with groomers in the past and because of that, I wanted to speak to them about what exactly I was looking for and some of my concerns (one of my dogs has severe anxiety). I’m so so happy with the results, they look exactly as I had wanted them to look. Groomingdales took such good care of them and I’m truly so appreciative of their patience and attention. I’m definitely bringing them back.
