Neli exceeded my expectations. My dog, Chloe, never looked so clean, fluffy, and, importantly, happy. Neli takes loving care of my dog and Chloe welcomes Neli. A grooming job cannot always be exactly on time—some dogs need more attention than anticipated—but Neli has always kept me informed if she’s running late. Neli’s quality is so awesome, I understand and don’t mind waiting for her. Neli worked as a vet tech and, therefore, understands dogs’ medical issues. Neli was the one who identified Chloe’s medical problem and suggest I make an appointment with the vet. Neli was right on. Chloe now is receiving medication. Thank you, Neli.

Neli is the best. She treats our dog Katie so gently and we feel so comfortable having Katie in her care. She's very knowledgable about animals and her services; bathing, grooming are just fantastic. We feel so lucky to have found Neli and I couldn't recommend her any more highly.

OMG.....my boy's look amazing! Saw Neli Pet at Costco gas station a few months ago. She gave me a few cards so i shared with my neighbors. I book an appointment for my doggies. Im so glad I asked for her card. She has alot of knowledge on animals. You get notified when you make your appointment. You get a reminder a few days before so if you need to reschedule you can. Love Neli Pets! I’ve always had my cat’s fur trimmed, however would continue to have a major shedding issue. Neli recommended a de-shedding process and this was the best recommendation! For the first time since my cat was a kitten, I can pick up my cat without getting his hair all over me. His nails were trimmed, ears were cleaned and was also bathed and continues to smell so good! I heard about Neli on Nextdoor and I am so thankful to have found her!

The groomer was excellent. She actually answered the phone (unlike most of the groomers I reached out to), and she was very intelligent too. After speaking with the groomer, she used to work in a veterinary hospital. She gave me some very informative suggestions to provide my dog with the best care I can. After being groomed, my dog was smelling and looking really good too. I would 100% recommend Neli Pet. 5 stars service for a reasonable price too. 10 out of 10. Thank you!

My former mobile groomer sold her business, and when I looked for a new one, I liked NeliPet's Yelp reviews. I've used her three times now, and couldn't be happier. My dog, Bebe, is a Maltese mix and tends to get matted. Neli suggested the proper brush to use and gave me a quick lesson on how to do it properly. Bebe is an anxious dog, and Neli does a great job with her. I couldn't be happier!

We recently relocated to Orange County and I desperately needed a mobile groomer for my 13 year old Yorkie. Because of his age, and past negative experiences with other groomers, I was extremely anxious to try someone new. I completely lucked out and found Neli. She is *so good* with my sweet pup. He never shakes when he sees her and is always happy and relaxed when I bring him back inside. She has a wealth of knowledge given her background in the veterinary field, her grooming skills are top notch, and she’s just such a pleasure to chat with. Many times I have to force myself to let her go so she can make it to her next appt! She is honest, direct, responsible, and takes her business very seriously. Your dog (or cat) will be in fantastic hands with Neli! Update 6/11/25: Neli continues to provide consistent, knowledgeable grooming and care to my now 16 year old dog. I have since added a doodle to our family, who is now 2 year old, who has exclusively been groomed by Neli. He always looks like a show dog on his way out of her van. Neli previously worked at a veterinary clinic and can identify and explain issues with your pet before you even notice them. She cares deeply for the animals and is not just a wash and go service. We are moving soon and heartbroken to be leaving her.
