PetSmart Grooming

I sent my boy in for quick was today. Well needless to say they charged me but didn't bathe him. He still smelled. I even made a tiny mark on him wheee it washes off when shampooed but was still there. I got home and bathed him myself and a bunch of dirt was in the water. So I know you guys charge people and do not bathe them. I usually have a mobile groomer but been expensive but I guess I'll stick to that at least I know he gets a bath. I want my money back. And the groomer just seemed like a miserable human being. I think it was Dani. She's the one I paid for quick wash and even gave tip too but didn't bathe him And based on yelp reviews Dani does this often. I’ll be seeking reimbursement and if you guys fail to refund me I’ll dispute with my bank and file a complaint against Dani and petsmart grooming

I’ve had multiple grooming appointments denied for reasons that could have been communicated ahead of time with a simple phone call. Instead, I show up to the appointment and get turned away after arriving. The lack of communication is frustrating and wastes customers’ time.

Had a same day appointment for wash & dry. Came home smelling like a clean & good smelling dog. Was 2 hours approx and staff was polite & efficient!

I’m extremely disappointed with my Maltipoo’s recent grooming. Although she’s been groomed many times before, she’s now shaking several times a day since her appointment on Tuesday, something she’s never done, even after previous shaves or in colder weather. The excessively long 4-hour grooming time concerns me, as I worry about what happened in the back away from customer view; I hope she wasn’t caged with other dogs or subjected to undue stress. This experience suggests a lack of transparency and care, and I will not be returning. It’s unsettling that a simple haircut could cause such distress, and PetSmart needs to improve its grooming processes to ensure pet safety and well-being.

I used to love bringing my dog to this place for her grooming, but I'm very saddened by how they bad mouthed her and by their greedy money grab. I paid for the Bath & Brush with Furminator and added on the Luxury Package. My dog is a husky, so my total was $104 without my usual 20% tip. When I brought her in Alejandro and another associate started bad mouthing her. They called her a dirty dog. I explained that she spent her weekend hiking in Big Bear. Alejandro said he was going to have to spend 15 minutes brushing her and that he needed to add $10 to my bill. I was confused and thought I had made a mistake and booked an appointment that didn't include brushing, which is the most important part of bath time for a husky so I agreed. It turns out I booked the proper bath package which already included 20mins of brushing, but Alejandro charged me for 15mins extra. My husky does not need or want to get brushed for 35mins. My husky was a little dusty from hiking in Big Bear, but I've brought her in for a bath in much dustier conditions and associates have been really kind and haven't tried to upcharge me. She's my adventure buddy, so she gets dusty sometimes. I also always add on the deluxe or luxury treatment because I know she needs the extra care. Honestly, I'm disappointed about how they bad mouthed my dog just so they could squeeze $10 out of me.

We went there few days ago, it’s a clean and organized store. They have fish, hamsters lizards and cats for adoption. They have dog grooming service as well. I did not find any birds. I specifically went there to see if they have birds. They do carry a large selection of accessories.

The staff there at that point in time needed tremendous customer service skills as well as Experience very poor service very poor animal etiquette
