Heavenly Pet Spa

we made an appointment at this place for our 3 pound Maltese to be groomed. We were quoted $65 for the groom. Ten minutes after drooping her off I was called to come back and hold her while being groomed. When she was done we were charged $110 because it took them longer than expected. She had been groomed only 5 weeks before and gets a puppy cut. I will never go back!!!

There is absolutely nothing heavenly about "Heavenly Pet Spa" ! 1- rude owner: This man is extremely disrespectful towards customers and quite possibly towards our pets as well! He comes across Very rough and intimidating! 2-Disrespectful of customer’s time! 3-poor customer service! 4-unprofessional! This man gives you a pick up time but don’t trust it! He told me to come back in 3 hours. I came back and he sent me away to come back 45 minutes later! After I came back this time he said my pets not ready and he didn’t know when she’ll be ready! This is an 8 pound mini shih tzu btw. This was absolutely unacceptable! His rude and authoritative demeanor on one side and giving me the run around on the other side were both unacceptable! I demanded my pet back immediately and he brought her half done and awful! He asked for $49.95 and I threw him my credit card knowing I will dispute with Amex! Please find a better place to take your loved ones for care! Our pets deserve nothing but the best and timely service and we certainly deserve more respect! This business owner does not deserve to stay in business!

We've been going here for over 10 years, they always do the most amazing job with our doggies. Even though we moved and it's an hr from us, we take the drive because they are the best!!!

We have taken our goldendoodle here for over 5 years. We love the care and attention that he is given, he leaves so happy and he looks adorable! Highly recommend!

After five years of my pups life, we have finally found the groomer for us! Our dog came home smelling so good, he is so clean & so happy!! The owner even allowed me to keep my dog there all day for only an additional $15 !!! We can’t wait to go back!

I have been a customer for three years and this place is as best as it gets when it comes to pet grooming! I visit around once every two months and the owner, Dan, greets me and Beamer (my poodle) with a friendly smile every time I come back. It's a very small shop feel and I can tell Dan is passionate about pet grooming. I had a negative experience with a bigger shop so I really like how Dan pays close attention to each dog he grooms. As far as the service, Dan and the other employees work fast and I'm always satisfied with the quality of the cut my dog receives. His services are very detailed and I love that because my dog's hair grows neatly, preventing me from coming back too often ;). I will say if it is your first time, let Dan explain his detailed services and you can tell him exactly what you want. If you value customer service and want your dog to get a dazzling haircut from a skilled groomer, I highly recommend Heavenly. They were even awarded with the "Best Pet Groomer of Alpharetta" for four years in a row!

Rude owner and pick up times are never accurate. I came around the first pick up time given and I stood at the door for a bit while my dog and another were in the back still being groomed. I constantly heard a dog hollering as if they were being hurt. I truly wasn’t sure if it was my dog or another dog because I couldn’t see the dog, but it went on for awhile. I even heard it while I was sitting in my car right out front. I’ll never take my pet back here and it seems like the groomers are ruff and not considerate of pets. I also am always charged for matting when I know my dog doesn’t have any matting. I won’t be back and I don’t recommend this place to anyone else.
