KLŌS Fine Pet Salon - Dog Grooming Spa

I wanted to leave this review because Mango came to the salon and, as always, they made him look absolutely beautiful 🤍 They carefully detangled his hair, gave him a deep hydration treatment, and he left looking so soft and perfectly groomed. As Mango’s mom, I don’t always have a lot of time, so it gives me so much peace of mind to bring him here for his haircut, care, and hydration knowing he’s in great hands. The service is excellent — not only for him, but for me as well, since I can comfortably wait while he’s being pampered. I’m planning to get another puppy soon, and I will definitely be bringing my new baby here too. Highly recommend!

5 Stars – Amazing Grooming Experience! I recently took my mini Goldendoodle to Klos Fine Pet Salon, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was fantastic. Erika is incredibly professional and made me feel confident that my dog was in great hands. It’s a local, family-owned business, which I love supporting, and they really go above and beyond to make sure each pet receives top-quality care. My dog looked absolutely beautiful after her grooming session, and she seemed so happy and relaxed—it honestly felt like more of a spa day for her than a typical grooming visit! Not only did Erika does an excellent job with her cut and styling, but she also provided me with some fantastic grooming tips that I’ll definitely be using at home. It’s clear that Klos Fine Pet Salon cares deeply about delivering exceptional service, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and caring grooming experience for their pet. I’ll definitely be returning for future visits!

Erika always does such a great job with my dog, Milo! I love coming back because she makes the whole experience easy and my pup looks amazing every time! 10/10!!! Highly recommend!

I have a very small Bishon puddle and you can not go wrong with grooming such a small pup. My puppy’s breathe stinker right after I got him home and his ears were not cleaned well. I had to brush his teeth and give him minties. For the price they charge they not worth it

If I could give 0 stars I would. On my first visit I dropped my 6 lb yorkie off (appt was set over a week ago). I spoke to Jason for about 10 minutes and his first comment walking into the room as "oh thank god this is the last one of the day". We went through details of what type of cut I wanted my dog to have. Appt was at 11. At 1:10 I get a phone call stating that Jason went home sick and just simply asked if we could reschedule for Tuesday. My dog had already been there for over two hours! Jason was clearly not sick when I was talking to him in person, and the fact that my dog sat for 2 hours with angst (he doesn't love getting groomed) was incredibly frustrating. This salon may look pretty, but customer service is a 0.

My sweet Yorkie Poo just had his first grooming at 16 weeks, and it was such a great experience. The place is very nice and clean, and Erika did an amazing job. She took the time to explain everything, which I really appreciated. When my little baby came home, he was so cute and very relaxed. We will definitely be coming back again!

What an amazing experience! Not your normal groomer though, it’s truly a pet spa. We switched over to this groomer after our other one retired. The location is beautiful, the staff extremely friendly, and my dogs LOVE going in. Their groomers are all very experienced and at least one of them was a dog trainer. So she knows how to work with dogs. Their cuts are all amazing and their products are above and beyond the basic stuff you find at most grooming locations. Since coming here my dogs no longer have itchy paws that they chew on to become infected and one of my dogs use to have to be medicated to be groomed due to anxiety, but now she doesn’t! She loves coming here and is happy to go! Tells me a lot about my old groomer, something there must have been wrong with them because here she has zero issues! Thank you KLOS for being such an amazing new addition to the downtown Crabapple area!
