Bev's dog grooming

There are people, and there are dog people. Bev, the owners of Bev's dog grooming is a dog people. There will likely be no warm fuzzies until you pick up your beloved fur baby and you KNOW that your baby was well cared for. Bev has groomed our pets for over a decade so I felt completely comfortable shipping a yorkipoo up to Alaska from the lower 48. I knew this was a long relationship commitment .... dare I hope 20 years, and I knew Bev's doggie salon would help my new yorkipoo learn how to love her spa days. Trust is so important when you're leaving your pet with someone, and I trust Bev.

Took my Samoyed in for deshedding. The service cost $300. They did an excellent job brushing her but trimmed way too much of her fur around her face and chest that isn’t supposed to be cut and can ruin the fur permanently. It’s very uneven with many sharp lines. It seemed like the person working on her may have been a child. All of my research and experience with groomers has said samoyeds should be very minimally trimmed or shaved. I called to politely give them feedback that the amount of fur cut was excessive and I’m not happy with the look, but the person on the phone was very defensive and said "oh Jesus" when I said my friends have been shocked when seeing her. I’m disappointed by the lack of professionalism in this conversation that was difficult for me to address, but for the price I would expect a lot more. Won’t be going back.

It was very good. But one thing I didn't like was that I brought my dog in early to have them come out early, but they cut the big dog's hair after the little dogs.

Veryb good dog grooming service. Caring and professional staff insure our dear Scottie is treated with care and affection. Appointment times are kept and the allotted time to complete the grooming is very reasonable. Parking in always available and close the entrance. Prices are reasonable but most important Bev takes great personal interest and care of our pet. She is a hands on owner and manager of this fine business.

I can't believe we have been coming to Bev's for 5 years, her staff is always professional. My pup is terrified of strangers and they have handled her perfectly since our very first visit. I would not take her any where else.

She was my last hope.. I have a 13 yr old dog and was always sweet until he became a grouchy old man.. her staff is wonderful with him and keeping him pretty!

I have been taking my 10lb dog to be groomed at Bev’s for 3 yrs now and I will keep going back. Bev and her staff are friendly professionals and do their work with care. My dog has had a variety of hair lengths and matting depending on the time of year and somehow Bev cleans her up and makes her look cute again. I certainly appreciate their efforts each visit.
