K-9 & Kitty Kutters ANDOVER

Just brought my 17 year old cat to get groomed for the first time ever yesterday! She looks amazing and so cute, she feels so clean and smells great! Megan did an awesome job and was so nice. I know my little old lady feels just as great too!

Large dog? Look elsewhere. This business will give you the run-around. I'm a very patient customer with a polite dog that does well with grooms (I've asked). I understand working magic on a Siberian husky is not easy and takes two people so I tip 30% or more for the hassle. I schedule months in advance. Needless to say I get it- it takes extra work, scheduling, coordination and manpower. Today marks the third time in a row that this place couldn't get it together. They've cancelled on me the day of due to scheduling. They've cancelled on me due to understaffing. They've cancelled on me due to completely losing my appointment that I took time off work for. Don't get me wrong, I've had great experiences in the past. I want to love this place. Right now they need to get their act together.

I’ve been bringing my long-haired cat here since 2018 multiple times a year, and I’m so grateful I found this place. My cat gets a lion cut, and Tiffany is truly a master of her craft. She is kind, compassionate, and you can genuinely tell how much she cares about the animals and the work she does. The care and attention here is exceptional every single visit. My cat always leaves beautifully groomed , smelling amazing and sometimes with a special bow . I truly can’t rave enough about this facility and the wonderful care they provide! Hands down would recommend to anyone looking for a phenomenal groomer who provided excellent service.

Always hard to find kitty grooming, but Tiffany helps to take care of my 2 Maine Coons with the greatest lion cuts for the summer.

BUYER BEWARE! K-9 & Kitty Kutters SHAVED MY DOG! 3 days before he was in our wedding!! WITHOUT our consent! The owner Megan is the one who did this and is refusing to accept responsibility or give us our money back! We have been more than fair trying to reach a resolution with her privately but she is refusing.

Took my one year old kitty, Mochi, to get groomed today and Megan did an absolute amazing job! 100/100 recommend this groomer! Mochi is so happy now that all her fluff is out of the way! The staff were amazing and super friendly!

Marissa did a fabulous job grooming our golden girls. She is so patient and understanding of their anxiety( former mill breeder mommas). She has trimmed their nails for several years. All in all can not recommend her and this grooming facility enough.
