PetSmart Grooming

Have been bringing both our dogs, Sadie and Finn here for the last year, but just canceled all future appointments because they refused service (a simple nail trim) to Sadie because her rabies shot expired two days ago. We already had an appointment with the Vet the following week. Yes, you read that right! Two days expired and the young gal working the check in desk refused service and offered no grace to the situation. Done bringing our pets to this location.

I brought my minature Schnauzer in for a bath and trim. I asked for a "standard Schnauzer cut" I didn't get that. The groomer shaved my dog's beard and eyebrows almost completely off! Her skirt is way too low on her body. When I dropped her off I informed them that she is an extremely timid dog and scares easily. When I came to pick her up a different girl was trimming her feet. She was LOUDLY SCOLDING my timid dog! The end result of my pups haircut looks bad. I could have done a better job myself with no training at all. I was very disappointed. I must say that the low price was a relief.

Ninah did such a beautiful job on Rusty's full body cut. She makes him look so handsome every time.

Becca did a fantastic job on my mini-poodle mix pup! She did the cut exactly as I requested and better than I thought possible.

Very reasonable gooming and great package deals. Quick service even without an appointment.

Just a great place to take your cats for grooming, the staff in the grooming area are so great at their jobs !!
