Rub A Pup Scrub

Bri came to my house in the van and she did my elderly dog she was so patient with him and he has bad nats because she’s literally the only groomer who will do him because he has hip problems and anxiety and he can’t be around other dogs at a normal groomer . My baby came back so clean and looked great thanks so much

I thought Rub A pup scrubs Mobile Services was great. They took really good care of my dog, and I was happy with the grooming overall. The only downside for me was that it was a little pricey, and I noticed they used my electricity during the appointment. I’ve used other mobile groomers before, and this was the first one that used the customer’s electricity. I guess the one question I wish I would have asked was how much will they pay me for helping power the appointment lol.

Unprofessional and Inexperienced. Not only did the groomer attempt to change my appt. time without my consent but did not answer my call in hopes that I would accommodate them when they arrived at the time that was convenient to them. I had to contact the main number to resolve this matter. Not pet friendly. At time of service, two very young girls arrive, and did not greet my dog which is a red flag for me. A few minutes into the job, one girl calls me to inform me that they are unable to handle my dog. I walk up to the mobile as I am talking to her and was NOT pleased by what I observed; I was disturbed. The job was terminated immediately for the safety of my dog. I called to request my deposit as the service never began. They refused to refund my deposit.

Bri did a fantastic job on our matted husky/chow-chow. Best grooming we have had done on our dog. She even gave us homemade dog treats in the shape of a pumpkin! We already booked her again!

We have been using them as a mobile groomer for over a year now. Never had a bad experience, Bri the groomer is amazing. She's communicates if there's an issues of being late or possibly coming early. My dog has looked great every time, thank you!!

Disappointed with Bri 's attitude, came in for an appointment and could not get in a gated community for a few minutes, When I saw her, she said very rudely next time you don't open the gate we will leave, I was quite taken back with her mannerism and her unprofessional attitude, I said Absolutely you should, Well, that was 2 months ago, They never called or gave me notice and never showed up, As far as I am concerned good ridden, there are plenty of people out here who do this kind of work professionally and happily , Paying them monthly $125.00 Plus $15.00 Tip.

This is my second time bringing my goldendoodle to get groomed and both times I was surprised how quickly and efficiently the groomers work. Bri was our groomer today and she was very nice and thorough. It’s Raleigh’s first cut and Bri did amazing! I love how tidy and clean she looks, and of course appreciate the adorable little ear accessories. Highly recommend! Tip: Payment is cash or Zelle only
