Terrible communication skills. I called and made an appointment and the girl on the phone asked me if my dog was vaccinated up to date on shots. I replied yes she said great. I show up for my appointment she asks me for his records which I do not have because why would I think to bring them? She then proceeds to tell me she told me to bring them in which she did not! I would have brought copies especially I knew I was making a 20min drive. She continues to say "that sucks" so unprofessional in my opinion and will not be returning.

Rachel is the best she always takes great care of my corgi dory. She always looks and smells great after her grooming appointments.

Love this place. My little dog, Joy loves it, too. She's always excited to get dropped off--it's like a fun doggie day care for her as she gets to play with the other dogs instead of spending all her time in a kennel. The groomers clearly love the animals and it shows. In addition to loving on the animals, they do a great job grooming! Highly recommend.

They want your frickin pet’s medical history and shot record before they’ll give it a haircut. Creating unnecessary obstacles to your customers is not helping you in an already crowded market. Within ten minutes of their shop, there are half a dozen groomers who just need your dog and some money.

Anna is the BEST in the High Desert. She has been my furbabies stylist the past 10 years. My Chloe has anxiety when im not around but she loves Anna. I can't say enough about how great she is!!

These ladies are AWESOME. I have a long haired German Shepherd that was in desperate need of grooming! They went above and beyond in scheduling us a swift appointment and in her grooming! I already scheduled our next appointment.
