Fur Town Pet Grooming

This is my first time bringing my cat to a pet-spa. This is also my cat’s first time to get professionally groomed! We were matched with Elle, and all the worries I had before coming in were proven to be false. My cat is not a chill, calm cat, she is very vocal and has a personality of a diva - one wrong move and she will tell you by biting. So washing her at home was always been a mission for at least 2 people and spanning over a weekend (to get her nail trimmed, brushing, and so on). My cat also has a personal grudge of any hair brush. But her fur conditions been getting really rough lately, with sheds flying around more than before. Tried everything at home before finally decided to bring her in to Fur Town and I am glad I made this choice! She came back so clean and very minimal shedding. Her groomer, Elle, also gave us a rapport card on how my cat did, based on that it seemed that my cat did really well! I definitely will come back!

Lilly and Liza are amazing groomers… and the rest of the staff is so professional and kind. We took our dog Bogie in for a last bath (he is crossing the rainbow bridge soon 😣) and Liza squeezed us in with Bogie’s favorite groomer, Lilly. They were patient and careful with him and at the end gave him a lot of love and treats! And they gave us a framed photo for us to keep. Thank you Fur Town Arcadia… you have been so wonderful to Bogie and his pawrents. ♥️

First time bringing my pups here to get groomed. The staff are friendly and professional. My 3yr old girl was nervous and anxious and Alexander was patient with her. Lily and Alexander did a great Job with my girls. They looked so clean and beautiful. Will definitely keep bringing them here for their grooming needs.

Ms. Susan did a fantastic job on my cat! It was his first time being groomed in 6 years and she was able to get his very matted fur shaved and gave him his first ever bath, and he came out showing no signs of stress. I also received a welcome discount that I didn't know about, without asking. Very honest of them! Highly recommend!

Not only was it our first time to Fur Town, it was our pups first grooming ever. It was recommended that we come in early for Chips first grooming, 9:00 a.m., and we were greeted by name. Lizza explained her game plan, and an hour and a half later I was called and told he was done and ready for pickup. I was given detailed information on how he did, and given a report card as well. It went so much better than the high hopes that I had planned for, and I'm excited that I found a groomer that I feel comfortable going back to. Ask for Lizza, look at the amazing job she did on Chip!

This was a very thorough pet parent private lesson and I really learned a lot. I like that they gave me a grooming kit as well! I would highly recommend this experience!!

Pretty girl happy after her bath 💕 Update: I took in my dog who has been turned away a few times by other grooming. My dog is very anxious around strangers and is quite large so I can understand. However I had been working with him and he’s gotten older. I explained the situation to the groomers and we successfully bathed and trimmed him! Thank you for that patience. It’s a relief knowing my dog feels comfortable enough for a return visit❤️
