Love this place! They always answer the phone or call back quickly. They’re so patient and considerate with my dog, who has high anxiety, and never push past their limits while still managing to get them clean and groomed. Their prices are also very reasonable and more affordable than other local groomers.

I had a 10/10 experience getting my dog Rufus groomed here! The staff was so gentle and patient with him, and he came out looking absolutely adorable. His coat has never been softer, and he smelled amazing. They truly care about the pets they work with, and it shows. Highly recommend this groomer – Rufus will definitely be back!

Every time we visit, my little Bichon Frise receives an abundance of love and care. It's evident that the owner has a genuine affection for dogs, especially in the way he handles nervous pups. The establishment itself is quite clean, and they offer an array of adorable pet merchandise for sale. When it comes to scheduling appointments, they are remarkably accommodating, and their pricing is reasonable. Typically, it takes about 2 hours for my furry friend to undergo his grooming session, and I use this time to explore the nearby dining options, which is quite convenient. Furthermore, Magic Groomer has a special promotion for new clients, so I highly recommend giving this pet spa a try to pamper your beloved furry companions! P.S. Parking options include street parking or a small lot located at the back of the building.

Clean and friendly environment. My girl always looks her best when she is groomed at magic groomers. They accommodate their customers even when they have a tight schedule.

Been a regular customer here and they have been doing good service, but not anymore. Such reckless behaviour and irresponsible, money minded idiots. My dog was injured due a wrong shave and has a patch of his hair gone. They didn’t accept the mistake and said my dog already had a patch of hair loss, which is not true. I’m not sure when the money is going to be refunded either. If you are someone who wants to save money and care about by your pet, support small business closer to your place, don’t ever bring them to Magic Groomers, Arcadia ever. Trust me, you will thank me later.
