Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming The Works

We love Woofgang for our doodles grooming. They are very efficient and don’t hold your dog crated all day. Bailey is in and out within 2-3 hours. We have seen multiple groomers at this location and the cuts have all been great! Reasonably priced & easy appointment scheduling online!

I have been taking my Golden Retriever Izzy to Woof Gang at The Works since they first opened and cannot imagine going anywhere else. From the very start, dogs are welcomed with an adorable sign at the entrance. From there the amazing staff takes the time to talk with you about what you want done and takes her back, making sure she is excited and comfortable. They will often send me progress pics and are great at communicating on when your dog will be ready for pickup. They ALWAYS do an amazing job. Every time I pick her up she looks PERFECT and is in such high spirits. You can tell they care about the small grooming details and put a lot of love into what they do. Nothing better than having a great company who I can trust will take care of my pup no matter who the groomer is. Highly recommend for ALL you dog needs, whether it be grooming or food and toys. They have it all!

10/10!!! My groomer was so thorough, guiding me through the process. It was a 1st time for us so I greatly appreciate the gentleness. My boy came out looking like a new pup! (Look at the before and after) will definitely be using as my go-to, he loved it!

We loved our experience at Woof Gang! They were super nice and welcoming. The store manager Antonio made sure all our needs were met and that we were satisfied with our service. This was my dogs first grooming experience and we all were a little nervous but my king Bartholomew came out looking and smelling amazing they were so amazing with him. I would highly recommend checking them out for your pet grooming needs!

Both my dogs love coming here! They have a variety of treats and toys available, and the grooming services have never let us down. We especially love all the birthday goodies. Doesn’t matter which groomer we have used, they always come out looking and smelling amazing!

I have always enjoyed the products and services at Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming, which is why I was disappointed by my experience today. When my daughter and I walked into the store, we stood waiting for assistance and asked several times for service. The employee on duty looked at my daughter, rolled her eyes, and continued scrolling on her phone without acknowledging us or offering assistance. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. The products at this location are excellent, and I have had positive experiences in the past. Unfortunately, the customer service we received today did not reflect the quality of the business. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers receive the welcoming and attentive service they deserve.

I would have loved to leave more stars for the bakery portion and front of the house staff but my experience with the groomer today was very off putting. I took my dog Leo in to get groomed here for the first time on October 25th. His appointment was for at 1:00 with Bri. When I dropped him off they told me he would be done in 2 hours which seemed like a long time for a mini groom. But since it was our first time I assumed that must just be how long it takes. I dropped him off at 12:45 and got a message that he was ready at 2:45. I was already at the works and waiting for a message so as soon as I got the text I walked over. Initially he looked fine but when I got home I noticed his paw pads were not trimmed AT ALL. I called and asked if they were trimmed to which they said yes. Please see the photos attached of his "trimmed paw pads". I was then told I could come back to have them done at my earliest convenience. Convenience??? I wouldn’t say having to come back in after he already spent 2 hours there would be a convenience. I then received a call from the groomer who tried to explain the situation and why the service was missed. I was frustrated and asking questions to which she responded "she is not one to deal with someone who is difficult and talking in circles." And that she can have the manager reach out. They explained that my dog was anxious in the kennel and that is the reason the service was missed. I’m sure a lot of dogs are anxious being left in a kennel in a new place. I’d love to know how long he was in the kennel and how long he was actually being worked on. We will definitely not be returning for grooming services!
