Petco Grooming

I am SO pleased with the trim and file I received for my 2 dogs. The groomers and staff in general were incredibly accommodating. I asked for "as short as possible" and am so so happy with how they turned out!!

My first visit to your Petco store was certainly a marvelous one. From your store clerk to my puppy’s groomer, I was very pleased. Congratulations to y’all for running such a wonderful place!.

This is the worst face haircut Cisi (my dog) has received, I did not recognize her and the Groomer looked like he was in a hurry, he told me she’s about to get her period and was not cooperating so he said he cut most of her hair but she was not having it that day, until now Cisi still dont have her period and its been 2 days after the appointment, She’s usually loved by her groomers at Houston cause she’s calm. The groomer cut all her lashes too and the shape of her face i asked for a round face and I got this! I was in a hurry too cause i had another appointment and thats my fault for not checking her cut first lesson learned but its usually a good one and again the groomer was in a hurry. I came back and ask the store personel on what they can do with this type of situations and got nothing, i was told to be called back the next day but nope. The first picture is with the good groomer and this is what she usually looks,, the 2nd is the one from petco. Lesson learned again. Not coming back. Just moved here and wanting to find groomers and Petco is def not the one. I paid $80 and i didnt wanna give tip cus of it but i added at least $5 even if i was upset cause she still got her haircut but never again 😭

Went in on Friday and B assisted me in walking thru what Petco has as far as options for baths and grooming. He was helpful with the app. He was able to fit Dixie in on Sunday. I’m new to Austin and this Petco is nearby my homes. He did a great job with my Dixie and she was happy when she left.

We've been taking our very anxious Goldendoodle here for several years and they are always fantastic. Would highly recommend!

the first location i went to where i had a scheduled appointment just had a sign posted that the grooming dept was closed. no advanced notice, no text alert that something changed. I drove for 40 minutes to this location only to be turned away at the door! so i called another lcation and explained the situation. the groomer squeezed in my dod, did a fantastic job even though she was there alone that day and had other pets to take care of. she totally redeemed your entire franchise!

They were quick and efficient doing my dogs nail.
