Awesome work, staff are pleasant a respectful.

We took our dog here for YEARS and there would be minor mistakes throughout, but our fur baby is a rescue and can be a handful. This all changed when Florence and her team PERMANENTLY BLINDED OUR DOG. When first confronted with the issue, Florence feigned ignorance and insisted our dog must have somehow blinded himself. The cause of the injury was blunt force trauma so that's completely false, and a bit ludicrous. Then she screamed at my family when we just wanted to know exactly what happened to our dog!! Disgusting behavior. PLEASE DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR PETS HERE

I took my fur baby to get groomed at this awesome establishment after being referred by a friend and I was so happy and pleased with the services that were provided. My little pooch smelled amazing and looked so cute after her much needed haircut/groom. The prices were very reasonable and the owner was sweet, kind and very knowledgeable. Needless to say, I will be returning in the near future.

She's perfect with most things but has a weird obsession when it comes to male dogs she will always bring up cutting there nuts off I let it slide most times but ask politely once for her to stop asking that it not going to happen she proceed to screaming at me an tell me I will have to go somewhere else I've been with her for my dog for almost a year or more mind you so is what it is she is one of the best groomers but she seem genuinely ignorant to life

We love the new location. It's a lil larger, looks to be beneficial to organization. It is clean and fresh. Staff and service are great. We love Florence because she cares about not only our babies/dogs but also their owners.

I have been taking my dog here for over 13 years! I WILL NOT be going back to the Clip Joint. Flo does not know how to talk to her customers - yelling and screaming at them. I witness this in the past with others, but she got very nasty with me when asking the reason why her prices go up every time I bring my dogs to her. It's not even about the money, but how she talks to you! If she treats humans this way, imagine how she will treat your pets! I would not recommend! Brought both my dogs home yesterday and they both appear to be nervous since their groom.

Florence was fabulous. My little dogs were In a challenging state, and she did a marvelous job with them. Great job!
