The experience was bad experience.. My appointment was at 9:30. I didn’t pick up my babies until 3 o’clock. I had to come from Harford Road to go back over west to get my daughter to then go back on Harford Road to pick up my babies because they wasn’t ready and when I got them, they didn’t even cut them the way we talked about.. I’m so unhappy wouldn’t recommend.
I have been taking my pets here for years. Reasonable prices.

I have been getting my dogs cut here for 15 years they are friendly great lovable concerned people always on time and price is very very responsible without them I do not no were i would go. I love them I hope I can go for 15 more years.
They have been cutting my two fur babies hair for the past two year and always does any amazing job. Very professional and cost effective. I only wish the landlord would update the place for them they deserve it.

I took my dog there he came back whith blood shot eyes..I called they told me NOTHING happen..2 days later his eyes got worst.I had to take him to the hospital they got worst. The Dr.said where he been have he been groomed lately..i said yes. That's what happen he has been chocked with the leach.. I called and told them what happen they wouldn't answer.
