Very happy with the haircut and care my 15 year old schnauzer gets from Cici at PetSmart in Bethesda, MD. She is kind and gives him a very cute schnauzer cut. We are return customers. Price seems on point with this

Sakkara did an excellent job on my little Cavapoo. She followed my instructions to a T, and he was as happy as he could be afterward. He looks like a new puppy!

Ginsburg always comes back looking great and happy. They are very professional and accommodating. Our regular groomer is very consistent and we always know she is going to do a nice job!

Long time customer (over ten years) with recent unfortunate experience. Brought our dog in this past week with an email confirmed appt for grooming. Grooming desk reported the appt "didn’t go through" so they couldn’t accommodate. Ok, not a big deal things happen. Their attitude was… dry if not somewhat rude but overall I didn’t make an issue of it as maybe they were having a bad day. I called later to reschedule for early on Saturday morning, which did take about 20 minutes as no one was picking up the phone and I had to call several times. Dog is brought back in for grooming and there is a line, greeted with a very rude comment "next time you are late you need to call ahead." 5 minutes with a line is not late as there is frequently a line. Second of all, I called to make this appt and it took me no less than 20 minutes to get someone to actually pick up the phone. Third, what is your problem? Why the attitude on an early Saturday morning? Not letting this angry and/or frustrated person groom my dog, period. Manager (very nice) offered to accommodate but honestly I don’t want people like this near our dog. Cuts have always been good in the past but there is some kind of toxic culture that has developed. The difference is stark, there is something wrong here. Maybe employees are frustrated or something else has changed? Would avoid until that gets sorted.

Groomer Kelly C has been doing a terrific job with my Lola for two years and i am very thankful. Ginny

Did a good job on the dog but then banned him because he was anxious. Surely they are trained to cope with an anxious dog?!?!
